Whenever I go into this store it’s full of flies, and why even bother putting lettuce if this is what you’re going to do ? I genuinely need to give up on this location.

came thru at 10pm, only vehicle in the drive thru and parking lot. ordered 5 strips and fries. had a fry on the way home realized it was cold but wasn’t going to go all the way back. get home, all the food is cold and they forgot the 2 dips. really insane to forget when ur the only car around and get chicken strips… ice tea tastes like watered down tea. called literally 30 times to not get an answer. had to call the rutland store to get them to get ahold of this location to just pick up the damn phone. once they finally picked up the phone we were met with incompetence and refusal to hand over the franchisee’s email contact, as this is not the only time this location has sucked.

The nicest team of people work at the Wendy's on Harvey (hwy 97) in Kelowna! Delicious food and cool air-conditioning! ... and of course... home of The Frosty! 👍

VERY SKIMPY ON NAPKINS. HAVE TO ASK WHEN ORDERING FOOD FOR NAPKINS AND THEN THEY GIVE YOU NOT ENOUGH TO CLEAN WHEN EATING A SLOPPY BURGER . MAYBE MANAGEMENT CAN LOOK AT THIS ISSUE---I AM THERE AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK....OTHER FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS HAVE NAPKINS AT THE TABLES.
