Call the store and they say they'll put your name down for a "free combo" on another day. What about the one I already paid for and didn't get? Bunch of clowns.

The Krabby Patty Burger was decent for a fast food burger, but clearly slapped together without much care. The fries were hot, fresh, and delicious, and the Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty was really refreshing. Customer service was excellent! Young man at the drive-thru on the evening of Tue Oct 8 was very kind. I will definitely be back! Thank you!!!

They respect your time in the drive through. Most of the time my food is already ready as I am paying. The quality is just as good as other locations too so they are not sacraficing quality for quantity. They are straight to the point, and often thorough in their questions.

Today I witnessed lady employee of the Wendy with some costumer.it's look like racism & unprofessional and i felt very sad to see such lady employee behavior with costumer. The costumer was doordasher because I see bag in his hand. It was about 9:45 pm when that doordash guy requested for pickup order.That lady used harsh and angry behavior with That guy due to waiting time of order as she said you can stay outside from Wendy as order is not ready and taking time. Doordasher guy go outside for some time and came back again in Wendy. This time that lady said stay outside and when your order will be ready you will be called. It was very bad too see how Wendy lady employee Insulted door dash guy. Doordasher guy requested to call manager but she said I am Manager here you can go back if you dont wants to Pick order. This behavior I have seen in Wendy near Harvey. I don't know how these type of people serve the costumers.
worst experience in my life today I went to Wendy at Harvey in evening for dine in. Stunning to know there was one lady on reception who came to counter after 3 minutes I was waiting. After that she talk with me with rude behaviour and high volume with me for taking time to think what to order.I requested her to please take my order she said I’m on call with some costumer but I wait here about 5 minutes. After minutes I requested that lady to call your manager she speak in high volume and rude behaviour that ‘ I am manager here ‘ you can go outside from store.
