I go here from time to time but today really surprised me. Getting charged nearly $3 to upgrade from a small to a medium seems super excessive. In the past i have been charge $1 for medium and $1.50 for large. Its crazy at $17.80 for a daves triple medium im almost better going to a restaurant. Not to mention medium fries right now are $1 so you charged me $5 for a medium rootbeer 😆

I had to take my burger back I asked for no mayonnaise. but the ketchup was cross contaminated with mayonnaise and the chicken nuggets were not hot so not Impressed.

Horrible business, their system is messed up with DoorDash and they won’t fix it. So they keep sending baconators with no cheese or sauce on it. Even though the DoorDash agent and I agree that they are screwing up peoples food. Not going again
Used to be a 5 star location but it's been taking 20-30 minutes for drive thru. Very sad.

I parked my car in the parking lot behind near the drive through there was a camera I saw but when I got out of my car and I stepped foot on the sidewalk of the wendys I slipped and fell and got my knees bruised and had cut on the cement! I was in severe pain but I got uo and got my phine which went quite far when I feel! I got inside slowly and I was asking to talk to the manager! I told them they really need to put salt on that area behind the building because I told them I had fallen! They didn't give a crap about that the lady seemed to be acting stupid and dumb! She's like where and not once did they ask if I need any attention or something! She then goes into the back and just stares at the back door outside I was so frustrated with her! There was a camera right outside and I am sure that caught the fall but not to ask the safety of the customers! I work in a customer service business and I would n3ver have treated a customer to who had fallen and gotten hurt! Horrible horrible!!!! Shame on that manager!
