Nice little restaurant. Food is good but the soda machine sometimes kicks out coke that just doesn't taste quite right. Servers are fine although it can sometimes take a second to get someone's attention.

Who had the idea to do away with straws for drinks, and to use the flimsy substandard cups and lids for frostees? Welcome to the world of the handicapped person, or someone trying to keep a hand on the wheel while driving, and I am quite sure you will not go back to Wendy's.
We had not been in about 6 months, and this is what we were faced with when we went to the Wendy's on Hwy 33, in Rutland, BC.
When I asked for a straw, the lady shrugged and said there were none. Too late, I already had my order so off I went down the highway. Had to stop twice to get our frostees open and the pop with the goofy little pop up was never successfully opened by either one of us. The plastic was so soft it just turned to mush trying to pry open the lids.
I hate these wooden spoons. The burgers were so tiny...OMG...what is the point. We just won't go back.

Shoutout to EL at Wendy’s — a true guardian of the Frosty economy. Came in with my buddies and had two separate orders and tried using our frosty key tag to receive a Jrfrosty per order… but EL stood strong. Reminded us it’s one free Frosty per visit, not per order. Today, EL saved Wendy’s a whole dollar. Corporate, take notes — she’s out here protecting profits like a CFO on a budget.
Give this woman a raise. I’m talking above minimum wage shes working so hard for. Can’t wait to come back and have EL flip my burgers with the same integrity she used to deny me a second free Frosty. Respect.

5 thousand times better here than the Harvey location! Friendly and they care and never f up orders like they do at Harvey SO OFTEN! Bunch of dolts at Harvey location and I am out like 5 to 6 orders at Harvey still that I just tossed as so screwed up! Ask for bacon and get sausage! Ask for no cheese and get cheese and god forbid you ask two things at same time!
Burgers were pink. When I brought back the clerk was rude and acting like I was a bother . Didn't even apologize just made me a new burger and basically threw it at me

For as quiet as this little place is in Kelowna. It is so so good, staff is tidy and the establishment is neat. Rarely do you have to deal with disruptions, often found at other nearby places. Food is always hot and ready, I am a huge fan of the meal of the month. Grilled cheese cheese burger?!? AMAZING
