I came here with my boyfriend, Jonathan Loewen, and his mother from out of the city for some classic chocolate frosties treats. The gentleman standing behind the counter kindly took our orders. As far as taste goes, the chocolate frosty was not as creamy as I was anticipating, which was disappointing. Despite the runny texture, Wendy's won our hearts (and our appetities) for nostalgia's sake. It was still worth a 15-minute walk.

Potatoe wedges were cold. Frosty-ccino tasted old from the dispensing machine. Gross! Cashiers are always payment-finger-trigger-happy causing costumers to lose scanning their points. Ask costumers if they collect points before you hit the payment selection!

Grabbed a couple burgers at Rutland location yesterday. burgers were fine, place was clean. there was a girl at a table very high that kept falling over and bumping head on table. I went to use bathroom, they buzzed door open and a guy was on toilet slumped over with head between knees very high aswell. reported to manager, she talked to girl and guy in washroom. 15 minutes later guy comes out and joins girl at table. both were out of sorts, Manager never did anything else. we left, sad to see young people in this state.

Horrible, horrible customer service. Girl was on the phone and ignored me, I had to wait 15 minutes before she called someone to take my order. Fries had chunks of deep fried debris from the fryer amongst them. Kids burger had mayo on it, which it's not supposed to, and my kid wouldn't eat it. Absolute inconsistent service and food quality.
I just went there to order a burger and the chick sat on the phone for 5 minutes staring at me not taking my order I was so mad. Complete disrespect. And the guy before me had to wait 20 minutes for one burger. Completley pathetic. Absolutly stupid and sooooo wrong. Can't even believe they wud donthat.ok so second review. Asked for 5or 6 ketchup and the girl read it back. Heard what I said and still I got 1 ketchup. And my fries were cold and all half inch long. What did they give me? Hiw are all my fries broken and less then an inch. What's going on at this location? terrible service once again.. not a good Wendy's to visit

I have no idea what has happened at this location. The person taking your order puts in the wrong item. I asked for a Dave's tipple got a double. I took it in she said this is what you paid for. I just tap for my order but expect what i wanted. This place is sad tonight was again sad i had to repeat my order 3 times and got the wrong food i am not even going to go in side the big dark lady was not happy i can in the last time.The potato i ordered i cant eat with no forkSo disappointed that this location fails in so many ways and the window at the drive through can be slammed in your face and you will not open it.
