My sister was trying to go there, East Indian girl told her to go to Tim Hortons! I tried calling to talk to the Supervisor but call will not go through. She's lucky it wasn't me that she was talking to

Denise H served us and she was terrific!! Friendly, welcoming, offered advice on what to eat, promised that the food would be ready for us to consume right away instead of take away and then delivered on that promise. . The omelette came already prepared for 2 and the food was delicious!! Clearly Denise loves her job and it showed!! Well done all around! I will definitely dine here everytime we pass thru the airport.

Our server Denise was so awesome! She was so friendly and pleasant at 4:30am! What a gem of a human. You are lucky to have her as an employee! She made our early morning much brighter. :)

Denise was our server and made our experience absolutely amazing. We had 4:30am breakfast and she was so pleasant it made our whole day! Her service was amazing, we can’t wait to come back and see her!

Terrible service and rude staff. Server must have been having one hell of a day.

Raelene was amazing.

She was simply amazing, I was having not the best day and I ordered my food off menu.

Instead of hemming and hawing, she said that my order sounded delicious and I was brought exactly what I ordered and wanted.

She filled my glass three times and it was never empty.

Please stop by and give this place a try. If you can, ask for Raelene but every person here is attentive and polite.

They have increased customer services immensely. The bartender Ximena was phenomenal. Very attentive and loves to chat. Great addition.

We we're delayed at the airport so we decided to try the White Spot on April 7th 4 30 pm. Our male server was one of the worst we've ever had. Lazy and busy looking at his tablet, no you're welcome, a guy that is bored with his job. Never asked if we wanted another drink, took forever to clean away the dishes. He was asked to turn down the music. Food was just okay.

Quite a disappointing experience. Worst chicken caesar wrap I have ever had - tiny dry pieces of chicken - one chunk(?) of bacon - dry tasteless wrap. French fries were cold and stale and ridiculously expensive.

Brutal service was had on march 18. This is an airport restaurant and the only sit in one at that past security. So as a restaurant you can assume that your customers are going to have to catch a plane soon. So why does it take an hour to get your food!!??. Literally no time to eat it. Asked for a box, was an about to leave after another 24 minutes of waiting. Server finally hands the box over, but now she still doesn’t even have the bill ready…. Crazy zero care and awareness of the customers. We saw two others around us leave without getting food.

Rock music very very loud and unnecessary. Please reconsider style of music for dining! Service staff friendly and efficient. Food consistent in quality. Nice way to start a trip with breakfast in the departure area.
