White Spot Kelowna Airport

Service absolutely was awful.. we asked to speak to the manager and she ignored us..the hostess was fabulous trying to get service for us but apparently they had a mix up in scheduling.. yet we watched unfold yet the manager absolutely ignored the situation and the affected customers. Acknowledgement of the situation nor an apology offered by the manager..

Stopped at this Whitespot with my family to have breakfast before flying out on our vacation. We were greeted by Denise who was also our server. I just wanted to give a shout out to her for being so accommodating and getting our food to us promptly so we had enough time to finish before boarding our flight. Not only was she very friendly but, she also had a great sense of humour. Thanks again Denise!

I ordered an omelette. It was so good!! Sadly my potatoes came stone cold. Waitress never returned to my table to ask how things were or if all was okay. I finally flagged down another waitress to get some coffee and a water. Had to ask 3 times for my bill and still never got it. When I looked around the restaurant there were 8 tables and 2 waitresses so no real reason for the awful service. Sad only got to eat 1/2 my meal to boot.

To say it is an airport location they don’t seem to be in a hurry to get you served and paid for. Came for breakfast and there was only one vegetarian option - oatmeal, they don’t seem to cater to all and as it was the only food option open there was no where else to go

Fast yummy food and awesome service. Slammy Tammy (Denise) was absolutely awesome!!!! We eat here every time we fly and she is usually our waitress, she makes you feel like you are over at her house for supper! Always with a big smile and intuitive with your needs. Go eat here and ask for Denise!

We are in here all the time …. We fly constantly from YYC to YLW and back … owning properties in both places. Just wanted to say … we had Kayley as a waitress and she is so great! Personable, genuine, kind and just a good human. Thank you so much for your great service girl!!! We were not bugged, you checked in with us at the perfect times, was so fast for service and drinks and with a smile. You just needed a shout out! Thank you for doing a great job of your job!! See you soon!

Absolute pits. This is an airport, people are on airline schedules not the waitress’s. Ordered food with 35 minutes before boarding , never got it was charged for it as suddenly told it takes at least 30 minutes for food. If this is representative of Kelowna, I feel sorry for us all. Never again. Non existent service and combative wait staff.

The host with the red-purple hair is the only FOH staff who should be working here. She’s a gem. She sat us and then we sat for 20 minutes without any server even looking in our direction. When that host came in our area again, we flagged her down and let her know that no one had even looked at us let alone talked to us and she was rightfully appalled at her coworkers (especially the ones standing around the kitchen chatting) and she took our table instead. Brought us some on the house snacks. She knows what’s up. She knows what good service is. The other front of house staff? I would clean house and hire new. Oh my god they are bad.
