Denise at White Spot (Kelowna airport) was absolutely amazing. She made my trip great before it even started. Seriously—I’ve never received such genuinely kind and attentive service anywhere, especially at an airport. She was warm, thoughtful, and made us feel totally looked after. You can tell she really cares. White Spot is lucky to have her—she turned a quick meal into a highlight of the day.
Andrea turned a long day of flight cancellations into an enjoyable evening with her friendly, attentive service. Even at the end of her shift, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We also hope her colleague passed along the special, bedazzled clothespin + note that was discovered after she left for the night... Thank you, Andrea!
We had the most wonderful experience before our very long travel day this morning thanks to our amazing server Denise! She went above and beyond with not just us but all of her tables. She is hands down the most kind and personable server I have had in a very long time (my standards are high considering I’ve been in the industry for 15 years). If I could give her a 1000/10 I would!
