I must say I have very good memories of this place when I was a child but the service today was absolutely horrible. The food was absolutely disgusting. The only reason I ate my overcooked steak was the fear of sending it back again and having to wait another hour for another one.

Came for lunch. Had the Charred Tomato & Spinach Benedict (filling and a very juicy tomato, one bite and the juice squirted all over) and the $20 BC Summer Bundle (Legendary burger, Caesar salad, blueberry pie). Good value for the price. The Legendary burger doesn't come with lettuce and tomato by default, but it can be included free upon a diner's request. We did feel shorted with the fresh blueberry pie. While it was tasty, the blueberries in our pie shell didn't come close to what's depicted in their advertising (online and in-restaurant). It looked a little sad.
Service was attentive and the price point is fair. Have been to many White Spot locations, and would recommend the chain as a whole.

Couldn't even cut my steak with a knife, wasn't even going to try to eat it! Ordered chicken wings instead.i think this was the 4th or 5th times these were reheated. We're on vacation from Ontario. Maybe they were cooked in Ontario then transported to Kelona last week. Manager Did not charge for either, thank you Seriously! Cook may have just had a bad day, who knows. 4 other meals my other guest had were Awesome, and overall was an Awesome day with good friends.

This location was busy and the volume was as well, but good for my loud kids. We had pirate parks, ribs and blueberry pie. Always a good time. Our server was very friendly and didn't miss a beat!
$25 fish and chips haddock, the end of a batch of fries ( small bits ) and $4.55 for watered down fountain coke. Not coming back.

Hmmmm.Wrote a review for July 29..did not see it posted. I guess I did not complete it. Anyway we did not have a nice visit at airport restaurant. We did not see the “wait to be seated” sign. We seated ourselves..by mistake. The the hostess approached and chastised us for doing this. Two tables with patrons overheard this. We, both said we were sorry. Felt like we were robbers or something!
The food was excellent and our server was super nice:. As we were leaving the hostess said she would remember what we look like next time we come. Maybe this was her sense of humour, but, it was not necessary. We did not do anything wrong.
Guess we will not visit this restaurant again after being treated in such a rude manner!!!!

Three out of four food orders were incorrect in some way. Burger spent too long under heat lamp, was dry and uninteresting. Milkshake had whipped cream when ordered without.
I love their burgers but both BC ferries and triple O's do White Spot burgers fresh, hot and tasty, much better than this restaurant. Service was only OK we had to remind the waitress several times for items like a straw.
