I have been away from Kelowna for three years and I’m now visiting for a couple of weeks. One of my favourite items was the White Spot Beef Dip. Well, this evening I had one and could only eat half of it. Hard to believe it was beef because it had no flavour and the dip was not worth using. I was very disappointed and will think twice before going back.

First visit to this chain. Extensive menu and friendly service. Tried the legendary burger and loved the dressing. Fries were good with gravy. Very clean and well maintained.

We never had an issue at white spot before but this time an old blonde waitress had the worst attitude ever I never see her before since we go often here but she had the worst attitude ever, honestly made our lunch such a drag when she keep messing up the orders and dropping the plates with such bad attitude and we always address her kindly and always respectful but her attitude was the worse. I understand people could have a bad day or whatever but stay at home if you do lady. In the other hand food is always good here and mostly of the staff is always very accommodating and friendly, well except this lady.

The water glass that the water brought to the table had a fly on the glass. The burger was not good. The worse burger I ever had. I do like white spot but I won't be going back there again.
