Only giving 4 stars because the wings we got were raw. Everything else was good though. The burgers were fantastic. I was hoping they would do something in addition to taking the wings off the bill, but they didn’t. We could have got up and left, but we chose to stay and give it a chance. Would actually be nice to see all restaurants do that for patrons. Something extra for saying ‘thanks’ for staying even though we made a big mistake. Raw chicken can make people sick, so naturally it would be plausible to expect something for the gesture of staying to support a place that just gave you raw meat.Parking: Decent sized lot.Kid-friendliness: Family friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible

I would have given five stars but I do feel this restaurant needs a bit of a renovation. Otherwise I was really pleased with the food and service. I had one of the best 9oz medium-rare steaks I have ever had (as good as The Keg) and my wife, two sons and two grandchildren all enjoyed their meals. The service was friendly and efficient. The grandchildren loved their coloring sheets and word puzzles as well as the pirate ships holding their food. I loved my strawberry milkshake. Well done Whitespot.

Dietary restrictions: We get the turkey club on sour dough for gluten sensitive diet. We can tolerate sourdough (not celiac) and have not had problems with getting this sandwich. It’s a great, traditional tasting club sandwich, comfort food that can be hard to find on a restricted diet! It’s a big serving! And available for take out too!

Did you know that this place is Celiac friendly? They have been very successfully accommodating my onion, garlic, and sorbitol (apple/avocado) free diet each time I go. I was told by a Celiac friend that this place is Celiac friendly because one of the managers is Celiac. Not sure if that is true, but if so, that would make it one of the best places in town to go for 100% gluten-free people!Dietary restrictions: Very accessible for dietary restrictions. Just ask them politely if they can accommodate and they will do their best! I have very strict limiting restrictions (no garlic/onion) and they have been very good at adapting my dishes for me!
