The server did his best trying to look after our party of 8. He was the only server/bartender in the whole restaurant and there was at least 20 people in restaurant. Our food took a long time to arrive and was sub-standard. Most of the meals were cold when they arrived. It did not meet our expectations and I would not recommend this location. The owner should be embarrassed!!

Used to come here with my friends. Food was always hit or miss, service was a steady average to below average. Seen this place go through staff like a seasonal store. Last straw was ordering wings for pick up, and stood at the front desk for over 5 minutes just waiting to be acknowledged. Finally a waiter came and spoke to me, he says he's going to grab my food and then i see him serving other tables immediately as he walks away. One waitress looks at me and looks away like she was trying to avoid me. Finally a waitress had to pick up the phone at the front desk so they couldn't ignore me. She was nice enough to get my food after they never updated on the food delivery app, and when i got the food, the wings were cold, and pretty much dry and without flavor (i ordered sauced wings)
It's a better experience dining in, but marginally

Enjoyed wings and a beer last night for trivia. Keith was my server. Found out he is the manager. Pleasantly surprised at how well organized the restaurant functions on a busy rush. Impressed with the staff, vibe, and quality of service on all levels. Wings Kelowna is awesome. Keith is awesome!

I ordered wings yesterday under the name Meher via Uber Eats. Unfortunately, all four wings I received were incorrectly prepared, and I ended up with cauliflower instead of wings. Neither Uber Eats nor the restaurant is willing to acknowledge their mistake. This not only resulted in a waste of food but also cost me $150. It's a terrible place to order from, and the taste was very disappointing. Please think twice before ordering from here.

We were seated, then it took at least 5 minutes before we even saw the first waitress, then it took another twenty minutes before we even got a glass of water then it took another 20 minutes before we got our coffee. Then, another 45 minutes on top of that to get our food, the place was empty. There was no customers around. It wasn't even busy. The waitresses was very polite. Maybe there was no cooks in the kitchen l o l.
