The server did his best trying to look after our party of 8. He was the only server/bartender in the whole restaurant and there was at least 20 people in restaurant.
Our food took a long time to arrive and was sub-standard. Most of the meals were cold when they arrived.
It did not meet our expectations and I would not recommend this location.
The owner should be embarrassed!!

Used to come here with my friends. Food was always hit or miss, service was a steady average to below average. Seen this place go through staff like a seasonal store. Last straw was ordering wings for pick up, and stood at the front desk for over 5 minutes just waiting to be acknowledged. Finally a waiter came and spoke to me, he says he's going to grab my food and then i see him serving other tables immediately as he walks away. One waitress looks at me and looks away like...

Enjoyed wings and a beer last night for trivia. Keith was my server. Found out he is the manager. Pleasantly surprised at how well organized the restaurant functions on a busy rush. Impressed with the staff, vibe, and quality of service on all levels. Wings Kelowna is awesome. Keith is awesome!
