We were in today for a pre dinner and the staff on was wonderful. My palate found the Pad Thai too spicy and he was so kind to make me another option and checked in after to make sure we were good. Really appreciated the kind and considerate customer service.

Genuinely the WORST pho I’ve ever had in my life only got noodles and oily beef and the most flavourless broth ever. Soooo disappointing. It was virtually inedible I had to add a bunch of stuff just to stomach it. I will never be eating here again.

The food quality is terrible. Every dish was overloaded with sugar. I spent $52 on food, and after tasting it, everything went straight into the garbage. I don’t recommend this place—the flavor is very poor. I would have preferred less spice and no sugary MSG.

Today, eight of us went to Wokbox for dinner, and everyone enjoyed the meal and the service was really quick. One of the best Ginger Beef I ever had. I will undoubtedly suggest it to anyone searching for delicious food in Kelowna.

Good food and service, my favorite the beef pho and sweet tamari.
I ordered the Malaysian dish with the satay sauce. It had a weird sour taste that is nothing like satay at all and the chicken tasted weird. The guy graciously offered to replace it with something else. I picked the buttered chicken with rice. It’s not that good either but okay.
