Today, eight of us went to Wokbox for dinner, and everyone enjoyed the meal and the service was really quick. One of the best Ginger Beef I ever had. I will undoubtedly suggest it to anyone searching for delicious food in Kelowna.

I have gone in 3 times..... 3 times. I have asked for substitute to my meal get charged... go home to find they pretty much charged me for nothing... plus pop machine was down every time....
I suggest going else where.

I ordered the Malaysian dish with the satay sauce. It had a weird sour taste that is nothing like satay at all and the chicken tasted weird. The guy graciously offered to replace it with something else. I picked the buttered chicken with rice. It’s not that good either but okay.

Today is thuesday april 15 2025 i order a teriaky and got someting complete different the worst part about this the dint want to change the food unfutanaly the dint want to refund my money i was really upset but i see the customer is not preority so this is last time im going there remember the got not standar for quality service again the only thing i ask was a simple food plate i thing that was to much for them to understand My experience was horrible please safe your self some problem dont go there

We tried this place as they had a BOGO deal .The spring rolls & pot stickers, these we're just ok. They did have some seasoning. We also had crispy chicken in orange glaze and in teriyaki. I wouldn't pay full price for the amount of food. The chicken was tender and not at all dry but it was ruined by these intense sauces. Perhaps if you got sauce on the side it might be enjoyable. I didn't care for it at all.
