The ginger beef was excellent. Not stringy. The vegetables and sliced beef were fresh as was the chicken fried rice. It was better than the last meal I purchased here.

I had decent hopes for this place but it’s disappointing. The meat isn’t cooked well, very soggy and same with the vegetables. The only thing that was relatively decent was the chicken balls and even then they weren’t fully cooked. Disappointing after spending $25 on a meal for one and I don’t even want to eat the rest because the meat turned my stomach.

Fast, fresh, and suspiciously affordable for the big portion sizes. Love the vegetarian/vegan options possible. Also, competent and helpful on the phone.Vegetarian options: Yes.Dietary restrictions: They have dishes that can accommodate/avoid meat, dairy, peanut, mustard. Very much appreciated <3Note: personallly I'm allergic the last three. And in case anyone hasn't noticed, mustard and dairy are being added to EVERYTHING these days, even foods not traditionally so. (They're cheap flavor fillers, yet are in the top 5 most allergic foods).
Recommended dishes: Chow Main, Chicken Fried Rice

Horrible service, messed up 2 out of 3 of my combos. When asked about it they blamed me for the inconvenience. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
The food was delicious and the portions generous -- dinner for 4 could have easily fed 6! I rarely have a yearning for takeout Chinese, but next time I do I know where I'll be going. :)

Very good food for the value. Big portions. The Won ton soup was tasty and the Chow Mein was plentiful with chicken and vegetables. Highly recommend!
Ordered for a family gathering yesterday. Beef & broccoli, crispy chicken, sauteed prawns and deep-fried prawns were great. My 2 stars reflects the 3 orders of Chicken Chow Mein , which I've always considered a staple of my Chinese food , and if I was eating alone, is normally the only dish, with possibly a small side dish, that I order. If that had been the case, I would have been VERY disappointed and angry. I have never experienced a Chicken Chow Mein dish so bereft of ingredients.....basically, this item was nothing more than containers of egg noodles interspersed with a few tiny flakes of chicken......that's it.....no veggies, no bean sprouts, no ANYTHING that I've come to associate with and enjoy as Chow Mein over the years. It's clear that this place prepares decent fare, as evidenced by the other items in our order, however, such a glaring inconsistency with EVERY other Chow Mein dish I've had over many decades was a real turn-off. This item should be listed as 'Egg Noodles', so there's no confusion with the dish produced by establishments who know what Chow Mein is. The almost laughable dearth of actual chicken in an item with 'chicken' in the title simply put an exclamation mark on the disappointment.

My 2 stars reflects the Chicken Chow Mein, 3 containers of which were part of a large order for a family gathering. Were I eating solo, this dish would be the only item in my order, but had that been the case, I would have been VERY disappointed and angry. It's clear that Wok Out prepares decent fare, as evidenced by the other items in our order ( Crispy Chicken/Deep Fried Prawns/Suateed Prawns/Beef & Broccoli) however, such a glaring departure from my experiences of Chicken Chow Mein at EVERY other Chinese outlet over the decades created a much less than favorable impression. The dish contained only egg noodles interspersed with a few tiny flakes of chicken. That's it.....NONE of the other ingredients I've come to associate with Chow Mein over many years of enjoying it. If it was marketed as simply 'Egg Noodles', this place could avoid turning off those of us who've come to expect a very different dish than that which Wok Out offers. The almost laughable dearth of actual chicken in an item with 'chicken' in the title simply put an exclamation point to that disappointment.
