I stopped in for lunch at Wrap Zone today. I used to be a huge regular back when I worked in the area, and I’d always order a chicken Caesar wrap with chicken and hot sauce. The woman working was extremely friendly, which I appreciated. I still miss the old owner though she was amazing and always up for a good chat.
What disappointed me this time was that my chicken Caesar wrap had no croutons. I’m not sure if they’re cutting corners or just forgot, but a Caesar without croutons is kind of the whole thing. The wrap tasted fine otherwise, and the service was friendly, but I left a bit let down. Next time I’ll have to specifically ask for croutons.

Only has one washroom which was not clean, out of toilet paper and had 0 soap to wash hands. Staff were rude especially when I told them the washroom was out of tp and soap. Also their food is so expensive for such subpar food and small portions.

Stopped by this fast food spot on my way to Vancouver, and I was pleasantly surprised! The service was quick and friendly, and the staff made sure my order was just right. Even though it’s a fast food place, the quality of the food exceeded my expectations—fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. Owner (azhar) is super friendly and helped me picking my wrap.

I am not from BC and just had my first wrap zone meal. I ordered rice jambalaya. I got four tiny pieces of rubber like more than day old shrimp mixed into old rice that had begun to re harden corn, and red peppers and zero sauce! It was so salty I had to throw it out and I suggest that nobody waste money at that place! McDonald’s is the Shangri-La compared to that place!
Will never ever come here again. The protein is cold. They don't heat up the meat or the wrap at all. The taste was completely off. It was soggy and nasty. Stay away from this place. It's 10 per wrap. Not worth the price at all.

Last few times I was barely acknowledged and the most recent visit I ordered to pick up, order went through as paid but arrived and restaurant was closed 30 minutes before posted closing time.

Small portions, and they don't give you extra sauce even when you ask and pay for it. 3 times I asked and payed for extra sauce and didn't get it.
