The wrap was bland. Almost no taste. The smoothie I ordered tasted nothing like the ingredients displayed. The formats are not good, I took the biggest wrap and the biggest smoothie and I was still hungry. It was still OK, the food seemed fresh, but I don't think I'll come back.

This place is fantastic for a nutritious meal. I visit multiple times weekly for lunch. Their wraps are not only delicious but also incredibly satisfying. Additionally, their smoothies are made with straightforward ingredients and hit just right. So good! I highly recommend going here!

Very clean location. There’s this one tall guy who was serving all the customers and was the only one there. There was a long line up but he was very calm and patient. Would definitely recommend :)

Great experience! The employee was very patient with the young child ordering before me, carefully talking through the menu options and all of their choices. They were also very friendly with both of our girls. We stopped in during the evening of July 1st. Our wraps and smoothies were delicious and exactly as described! A+ and we will definitely be back!

I don't know what happened, maybe it's just me, it seems as if the sauce for the Jambalaya Jazz has changed into something much more bland and entirely less appetizing. I thought the person making the wrap used the wrong sauce, so I went back and tried again, but it simply isn't what it used to be. I used to be exited about getting Wrap Zone, now its a disappointment.

I used to really appreciate Wrap Zone, but in more recent visits since I've been diagnosed with diabetes and started cutting out most carbs, I now recognize that they rely on too much high-glycemic, low nutrition junk for fillers. Rice is the base for almost everything. The menu just isn't fun for me anymore. If they had quinoa as an option to replace the rice, that would open up several menu items to me and make a huge difference! They should also consider switching to a vegetarian & vegan friendly sauce for the Thai Tanic. I'm surprised that their menu hasn't evolved much in the last decade.
