A classic sushi restaurant with all the typical fusion options.Its busy for takeout and so the chef brought me the food which was pleasant.I loved the v5 roll and the quality of the rice and roll presentation is appreciated too.I would prefer takeout as the atmosphere is casual but certainly worth my business- I came 2 days in a row to get my sushi fix ?Will be back next time I come to Kelowna.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie optionsDietary restrictions: Gluten free options

Yama has an amazing array of specialty sushi rolls that you won't find anywhere else. I highly suggest the Fantastic Roll and the Mountain Roll. They're massive and delicious!

My #1 go-to in Kelowna by far.I always get the House Roll and tuna sashimi. Sometimes I get the Philadelphia Roll or one of their special rolls. All of them are fantastic.Highly recommend!

First time for me at Yama Kitchen.It was a take out order, but the lady was super nice and my food came out pretty fast. I liked everything I ordered, I give 4 stars just because the rolls were covered with a bit too much dressing (for my personal taste), but we'll be back for sure.
Was served bad fish, called to let owner know and was laughed at told it wasn't bad and no concern was taken by owner. Was a loyal customer. WILL NOT RETURN.
