I’ve been going to YLW since they opened, and I love their food. But the past 4 times I’ve been there the staff has completely acted like I’m inconveniencing them by ordering and would rather be anywhere but at work. And it’s not like I make any alterations to the food I just order off the menu. It’s not a good look and it’s super disappointing since their food is amazing.
I had two tacos today, the fish and the pork belly. The tortillas were homemade and delish! The fixings were fresh and the $1 squirt of honey hot sauce had a great kick. The only thing lacking was the portions of fish and pork, about half the size of others shown in pictures and what I have seen previously. Unfortunately as a Mexican the flavor does not match pretty much with the tacos.
But absolutely I'll come back to taste again and give the second chance.
The salsa was pretty cool.
