Zabb has been a let down the last couple of times we ordered, tonight I ordered Pad Thai and it was AWESOME! The best I’ve ever had. They’ve definitely kicked it up a notch, maybe there’s a new chef. So Happy!!

I've been ordering from Zaab in Rutland for years, and until now it has been consistently good. My last few recent orders were severely undercooked, not even the coconut rice was edible. I won't be ordering again.

Great little Thai restaurant in Kelowna! Food was fresh and delicious! I had the spring rolls with peanut sauce (instead of plum) for an appetizer, followed by pad Thai with chicken. Pad Thai was not spicy at all, but very flavourful and the appy was amazing! Will be back for sure!

I picked up a Thai order tonight that was about 30 minutes late due to an issue with their online system not allowing a chicken Pad Thai option. A clear substitution note was added (which was printed exactly and correctly on the receipt), yet one staff member repeatedly blamed my Mother, saying “she always does this” and calling the note “confusing.”
The note read “please substitute chicken for one shrimp order” (she ordered 3 pad thai shrimp)
What made this worse was the refusal to take any real responsibility. Although she claimed “we messed up” after, she continued to place blame on my Mother and became dismissive when asked calmly what could have been done differently. Other staff seemed uncomfortable.
Delays happen — that’s not the issue. Being condescending, blaming customers for internal system limitations, and then shutting down reasonable questions is. A simple apology would have gone a long way.

This restaurant is just great. I love the service. The food is delicious and they always have your takeout for pick up on time 👍 The two young ladies, that work at the counter are excellent and really strive to give you the best customer service.
Really liked our lunch here. We had the pad Thai, drunken noodle, and green curry. Everything was delicious but if you like spicy ask for higher then 3. We did 3 level and wasn't really spicy that much.

Stay away! Dies not have any Thai flavours AT ALL! Been to Thailand many times and Zabb Thai food is the farthest away from Thai food we could imagine. They use chili pepper not Thai chilis in their food. It is a cross between Chinese-Indian & Vietnamese flavours. AWFUL. When we chatted with them as we threw it all in the Garbadge, they assured me they would get back to us and look after us. Over a week later nothing so the service stinks as well. Stay Away as these guys make one of the best cuisines in the world taste like CRAP!

We looked at the review before coming in, we were craving Thai food, unfortunately this is not the place for Thai food, we ordered chicken basil which was okay sort of , small quantity for the cost but still okay, when we ordered drunken noodle it was disaster, we could tell they have no idea of what they were making, it tasted horrible. I would avoid this place if you crave authentic Thai food. Service was good though.
