Such a lovely pub! We went there during the town's Christmas light up and it was so beautiful inside as well as out. The menu all looked delicious but the waitress told us the special was a really good, hearty chicken and bacon corn chowder with garlic bread. It was very filling and the best soup I've ever tasted! I'll be calling to find out when they'll be making that again. I can't stop thinking about it mmmm :o)
Every time we’re in town we always come here! I walked in with a sore throat and after eating the bangers and mash the pain was pretty much gone! I’m pretty sure it’s all homemade food there as well.
Went for a meeting which would have been good if we had realized that there was live music. The music was really good but not conducive to having a meeting. That was our mistake.
