Great place to get ice cream! I only wish they were open longer.

Come early or download the app and be sure to ensure you don't miss out on an order of cinnamon rolls! Everything in the store is worth a taste, The fresh bread and treats are delicious and will make you want to return for more.

We try to stop by here whenever we go through Ladysmith because the prices are reasonable for the sweets offered here: sugar cookies, scones, cinnamon buns -- you name it! Queues can typically run out of the shop but service is quick and there is indoor seating too. Lunch is popular here with the savoury pies, soups, salads and sandwiches made fresh daily. Pies and cakes also on offer, but the apple pie we purchased was deep-dish and we weren't used to the denseness. The dough seemed underbaked and thick; the pastry was lacking crispness. Maybe a one-off so we'll try again another time. Still love coming here -- service is friendly, environment is clean, and food products are quality-made. Free street parking.

Busy and long lineups but worth the wait. This is take out only but offer great selection of food and pastry. They are famous for their selection of cinnamon buns. Highly recommend this place.

Nice variety of icecream. There was Beatles music playing which was nice. I recommend the raspberry cheesecake. There small scoop is huge!

Weird flavours but very yummy! 1 scoop of ice cream is big too!

This is definitely an average bakery that probably is popular because there isn’t much else around. Our family stopped for lunch and snack food. My tuna salad sandwich was ok, tasted “healthy” which may not appeal to some but I didn’t mind. My chocolate pecan tart was out weighed by too much pastry. The blueberry white chocolate scone seemed to be missing the white chocolate. The brownie is more of a cake than a dense/fudge brownie. The steak and mushroom pie did not have much mushroom. The fruit tart was tasty. The curry bites were good. If we go through again and there isn’t much of a line, we may stop to try other bites, but we would not go out of our way to get there.

Great busy little bakery and I love a good cinnamon bun I just wish they made a regular cinnamon with cream cheese icing since the bun it self is delicious, just not into peanut butter on my cinnamon bun but did enjoy the orange cranberry since it was the only other option.By 3 pm they are running low on choices very popular and was very busy long line to get in.

So many lovely baked goods and lots still available after noon. Both the staff we dealt with were very friendly and calm- even with the long line. We waited outdoors briefly, but quickly were able to wait inside and the arrangement for picking up was great. Delicious cinnamon buns, but also good lunch options and coffee. Great service with a smile!

The cinnamon buns that people line up for? Really? We lined up, we waited, we bought and we ate ... perfectly average cinnamon buns. Nice, warm, average cinnamon buns. I know, I know, everyone raves! people come from all over! Famous! Overrated, I say. I like a cinnamon bun that has a beautifully caramelized crunch to it, with enough cinnamon that its scent perfumes as much as it flavours. A hint of vanilla. These buns disappoint.
