Visited from Victoria to try for the first time. There was a mistake with our food order leading to a delay, but our server went above and beyond to remedy the situation. We didnt ask for any special treatment but it was very much appreciated. And the food was phenomenal-literally. Will have to head back to Ladysmith soon. Thankyou again.

we went to platitude for a friend's retirement dinner Karen the owner was amazingly flexible with changes and head counts that I had to keep changing everybody came for a vegan experience and got exactly that! wonderful food the patio was great the weather was nice and it was a really fun night. the staff was great very attentive friendly and interactive with us. the dessert cupcakes were amazing we could have eaten a lot more! hats off to Karen

Amazing! No wonder Pamela Anderson likes it here! We had the daily soups, the Roman panini, and tea with cupcakes. The server was very attentive and kind to our corgi—she brought her a water bowl and a pumpkin treat. The bathroom was clean and included a baby changing table. The patio has rain covers, which is a nice touch. We’re definitely coming back!

I was gifted a card for this restaurant and not being vegan or even vegetarian, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Well… I was very happily surprised. I had a soup and sandwich and it was absolutely delicious! My partner also really enjoyed his meal. It’s a cute little cafe and the patio is lovely. Definitely will come back!
