I have really enjoyed their pizza in the past, but the last couple of times it’s just not good. My meat lovers pizza was overcooked and dry, and the meat toppings tasted artificial, especially the Italian Sausage. I’m sorry to say I won’t be back, as it was a favourite in the past. The guy who answered the phone was very pleasant though!

Ordered pizza for pick up. Very busy little place so wait time was an hour, perfectly ok with me. Pizza was amazing and they have a huge variety of dips and the dips are huge....

I appreciate the response from the owner. I have been going here since it was Canadian 2 for 1 and still use the Robert's Street method when I make my own wings.
Any further feedback I have I'm just going to send a message on the stores Facebook as clearly they have an active and engaged owner, and I shouldn't have given a 3 star review over one night. For nearly 30 years this place has been my favorite and it still is.

Robert’s Street Pizza, such delicious pizzas and salads! We had a youth hockey tournament this past weekend and put in a catering order with Robert’s Street Pizza. Sean was easy to communicate with and put together a great menu for 55 people, he even hand delivered to our hotel in a timely matter. Such great value and variety of pizzas, salads, wings and pasta that kept everyone’s tummy happy and full after a long day of hockey games! Thank you so much and we highly recommend.

Old school Ladysmith pizza place that has probably the best Hawaiian pizza I have ever come across. The prices are good and the pizza is delicious. It's the fresh smell of the dough that makes it special for me. When in the Ladysmith area this is the pizza place for me.

This place can be good. Cheese pizza is the only thing I would say don't get, it's usually over cooked. Everything else is great. I wish they'd get actual dips though, theirs always taste like they've tried to make them there, and kind of flavorless.

Been enjoying Roberts street pizza for 13 years now, I believe it was sold in the last couple years, in this time the quality has changed, less toppings, changing in the meats they use and a bit under baked pizzas, don't get me wrong, I still love there pizza 🍕 hence the 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and ill continue to enjoy there pizza 🍕 I hope they take to heart ❤️ that some of us long term customers have notice what's happening. I hope they pay attention as I truly like your place...

Robert’s street is absolutely the best place for pizza in western Canada. Top quality toppings and it’s really really really good. The sauces are amazing. Crust is amazing. The staff care about us the customers, i find food so much better when you get it from someone who cares about what they make. I always customize something on my pizzas and they always hit it out of the park and make it perfect. Great food and great staff

The pizza was great and some of the best pizza we have had special for a large family. Even cold or day after the pizza was great as well. We will be picking more on our way through at some point. I would recommend having their pizza if you haven't.
