The service has been excellent and we love dark roast coffee and London Fog lattes. We've had great fun on the Starbuck's patio with our dog.

This is the place you go for strong coffee. The store clean and the people are friendly. The coffee is hot and will lots of cream it is good tasting. There donuts are good but not as good as tims. I sat and enjoyed the atmosphere. The chairs are comfy and they do not rush you out the door

The sugar is behind the counter so you ave t ask for it instead of being able to grab it yourself. Also the outlets are designed so you can't use the USB and the outlet at the same time.

I will reiterate what others have said as well. The staff here have no hustle. I have never had 2 drinks take so long to be made. There were several people waiting in front of us and every single one of them looked to be as annoyed with how long the drinks were taking to get out. The drinks that came out, did not taste the same as what it usually tastes. It had a burnt taste. I would consider some training to help your staff pick up the pace and provide a better product.

I don’t know if Poppy is just unhappy, or just rude in general, but I’ve never ever had such an unhappy uncomfortable experience in my life at a Starbucks.
Reaaaaaaalllly uncomfortable and I’m a huge coffee and Starbucks fan.

Yeah so i ordered a regular iced coffee and I got charged for an americano. The new trainee was unbelievably rude glared at me told me they didn’t offer regular iced coffee which I know they do it’s my regular drink. A 4$ drink was now 7$. The new trainee looked at me so disgustingly I haven’t and probably won’t be back to this Starbucks

Ordered egg bites and a coffee. Took 25 minuites and my food was still not even in the queue. Drinks were half finished. I watched the barista make our drinks, run out of ingredients half way through, throw a lid on then and hand them to me withput a word. When I tried to get the attention of staff to ask about our order, I was intentionally ignored.
