Recently visited this Starbucks on our way up island. The staff was extremely disorganized and when I asked where my order was after waiting for 20 minutes they gave me attitude. I was waiting for food from the oven, noticed there was nothing inside as I waited for it. I mentioned to the girl that I had been waiting for awhile and she gave me a dirty look. She told me I should be hired to work there… very disrespectful and I will NOT be going back. The food was all squished on top of it. Absolutely ridiculous….. don’t waste your money at Starbucks go to a real coffee shop!

We look forward to stopping at Starbucks after a dog walk on Holland Creek Trail. The staff have been super nice to us. Many remember our order and are always very pleasant. I enjoy a London Fog and my husband especially likes the dark roast coffee. Our dog just loves to share the ginger molasses cookies! The ciabatta sandwiches and the veggie pockets are favourites!

Been here twice. Staff have an attitude problem. Won't be a third visit.

Logan & Chris should open their own coffee shop!

The young ladies in here desperately need some customer service training. The miserable pair that were working today made it seem like the most arduous chore on the planet to serve a customer. It wasn't busy, and I was patient and pleasant to them. More than they deserved after the sullen sneers I got.

The service has been excellent and we love dark roast coffee and London Fog lattes. We've had great fun on the Starbuck's patio with our dog.

I am extremely disappointed in my last experience at the Ladysmith Starbucks location a couple of days ago. My husband and I approached the young staff member at the cash register. We had to wait as she was having a personal conversation with another young staff member from save on foods. This young lady from save on decided to take her break behind the Starbucks counter and chumm it up with her Starbucks staff pals. I ordered, and watched as the Starbucks employees hand her a free drink. Then I see them let the save on employee touch the drinks of customers that have yet to go out as well as help herself to one of the fridges with unwashed hands. While holding her phone keys and bank cards she dug around under the barista looking for what milk to pull out. The Starbucks staff and save on visitor were all giggling it up, behaving extremely immature like schoolgirls while neglecting an overflowing sink of dirty dishes and a growing line of customers. Embarrassing. Where's the manager? Definitely created an uncomfortable vibe in the whole place. As someone who worked for Starbucks in the past and understands what it takes to provide customers with excellent service and quality beverages, I was extremely disappointed in the young women. After this experience I do not think I will be returning

Really wish there was another location in town, I normally never give grief to teens in the work force because we all have to start somewhere but 9/10 times I go in there will be three people behind the counter and regardless of how many people are in front of me I'll be waiting a minimum of ten minutes (even if I'm the only one in the store). Today I had one person in front of me and six behind, knew my wait was going to be a while like it always is but I wasn't expecting four people behind me to get their orders (some that had multiple drinks in it) before I got my one drink.

Don't expect to actually feel like you're in a Starbucks.

This is the place you go for strong coffee. The store clean and the people are friendly. The coffee is hot and will lots of cream it is good tasting. There donuts are good but not as good as tims. I sat and enjoyed the atmosphere. The chairs are comfy and they do not rush you out the door
