A few bites into my sub, I told my partner something tasted off in the sub, and my partner said the same thing once he got a few bites into his sub. My partner went back in to inform the worker that something did not taste right in both of our subs. The worker did not care and just told him he hasn't had a complaint all day. Very poor customer service. Not even an apology. We both think it was the bread that wasn't good.

I was at this place for lunch today, (Sept 17) and after the sandwich artist Parmar started making my sub she went and handled other items at the cash.
No issue there, but what I have an issue with is once she returned to finish my sandwich she never changed her gloves until I asked.
Her reasoning…. “it was just lids,” no excuse…. Change them when returning to touch food.

Great place to eat, I brought my dad here with my daugther all the time and they love it. The staff at this subway are great and they're really sympathetic with my father who has dementia. I always get the rice bowls because I'm gluten free and it's more value for money this way instead of trying the gluten free bread.
Edit: the last review was input incorrectly.. that one was for the Tim Hortons a few blocks down..

Stopped in for a quick bite while visiting from out of town with my dog. Since hotel rules don’t allow pets to be left alone in the room, I left my dog in my truck with the engine and A/C running to keep him safe and cool. I had only planned to be in and out, only to be confronted by another customer who criticized me for leaving my vehicle running. Disappointingly, the staff member behind the counter chimed in with unnecessary comments that included agreeing with the other customer that I was breaking many laws. I take pet safety seriously and would never put my dog at risk - air circulation was on full blast specifically for his well-being. It was disheartening to be judged instead of treated with courtesy. I won’t be returning.

If I could give no stars I would. I put in an incorrect order online (expressed my mistake) and asked for customer service and the girl who answered was so rude and disrespectful on the phone. I asked for the order to be cancelled as it was the wrong store and they put me “on hold” but could hear her perfectly and she started taking another order and then coming back saying “I tried and I cannot give you your refund back.” I expressed I could hear her on the other end and she did not try. I asked if I could speak to a manager and she hung up on me VERY UNIMPRESSED by this service and store location. Sad, as we go there often but will not support this disrespect again. Stay away if you can and support another location.
