Are there any coffee shops that don't play loud R&B music? Try to go find a quiet place to work. Ladysmith is predominatly populated by older white folks, yet you are playing top 40 dance music on the speakers all day? Why?! I found it intolerable.

Came here with a friend, we sat down for 20 minutes as we were on a phone call for school and the worker was very rude, abrupt, and interrupted our phone call. Terrible customer service as we planned on purchasing a drink

Lovely place! Very friendly staff. The soup was tasty and hit the spot on a snowy day. The two floor seating was nice and spacious.
Asked for an oat milk misto and was given some form of an Americano. I was handed the drink and asked if I wanted any milk or cream.... I ordered a misto, so yeah? Confused, I said yes please, oat milk where I was greeted with a nice glob of cold oat milk in my drink. I was in a rush for the ferry so I just took it and left. Cute effort though.I had also inquired about the vegetarian burrito and the “barista” followed up with a “I’m not sure what’s in it”. The brownie was decent though I would wager that it is not their brand and bought from a kitchen.I’ll take a pass next time
