Ice caps/creamy chills seem to be almost always melted. This is a problem with most tim horton establishments though.

Found a hair in my sandwich, gave me the wrong sandwich, AND looked like someone had punched my sandwich. I only ever come here when heading up island, but it's slow and not worth the gamble anymore.

Often mistakes, bagels are not edible anymore. Ran out of medium cups, was unwilling to make a medium in a large cup? I don’t see how the extra 1 cent for the bigger cup is going to destroy their business but hey what do you expect when they’re owned by Burger King. Food is okay when made right, but like most places in town make sure you check to make sure it’s right.

Waited 5+ mins while 5 workers were working in drive thru. Had to repeat my order 3 times for the cashier to understand what I wanted.
Bathroom need a deep clean as well.
Will br avoiding this Tim Hortons in the future!!!!

Come in. Wait for about 5+ min for the person in front to be served and the cashier to finally get back to her till. Takes my order and it comes to $5.75 so I hand her $6. She then asks “would you like your change?” Like seriously? Yeh. I ain’t tipping nothing after waiting that long and it’s a fast food place. This whole “tip for everything” is getting out of hand.

Chaotic at best. Seems to have a lot of staff but very slow service. Parking lot is a joke. Ordered the turkey bacon club. Was OK but doughy. Prefer my local one in Esquimalt better food and service

I went through the drive thru and when I got my order it wasnt complete and it was completely wrong. I dodnt notice my coffee wasn't what I Ordered till I drank some and the food I got was wrong but I noticed so I said so and got a disbelieving look in return and the girl who originally handed me my order shushed me and walked away when I finnaly got what I thought was the correct one I drove away only to realize it was wrong and missing parts of my order. Rude staff and the one on the speaker was very stand offish. This is the second time this has happened im going to start driving to Duncan or oyster Bay if it continues.

AWFUL experience!

I will NEVER visit this location again!!

I went in-store to order two XL coffees. When I was given two L coffees, not XL, I questioned the staff and asked if those were indeed XLs. He said they were. I knew they were not (I order an XL coffee every time I go to a Tim Hortons). The staff member proceeded to pull out from behind the counter another L cup and placed it beside the L coffees and said, “See, it is an XL”. They were all larges!!! He tricked me just so that he would not have to remake the proper sized coffees for me. He held so firmly that I actually questioned myself and left the store with the two L coffees, only to get back home where I had an old XL Tim’s coffee cup sitting around and could compare, to find out I was indeed tricked and was sent away with two L coffees when I paid for two XL coffees.

It is not about the small price difference and money lost. It is about this staff member not having the decency to be honest and correct the sizes of my coffees.

I will NOT be visiting this location again.
