Ordered an ice capp, he must need more practice since he got it all over my ice capp cup, lid and himself. Took the time to wipe himself off before handing the ice capp out but couldnt be bothered to wipe the ice capp so whatever was on top landed in my lap as he passed it out to me and whatever was dripping down the sides got all over my hands, steering wheel and middle console as I tried to get napkins out for myself. Thanks dude, grab a brain eh

hey
seems like everyone only cares about their time in drive thru more than the customers experience. they are always rushing and handing out the wrong order and not double checking before they hand it out. everyone doesn’t seem happy to be working and even sometimes rude when you ask for drink trays etc. they don’t even smile at you instead they roll their eyes at you.
