They told me that because they were closing in twenty minutes, they couldn't serve me anything other than coffee

I visit this restaurant on a drive-thru on 28th September at 6:45 p.m. and I ordered potato wedges and a medium coffee there was a Asian guy he gave me a pretty cold coffee instead of hot and potato wedges are seems like an hour old food and when I asked him your food is not good and it's not even hot ,,he said this is what we have and it's a pretty rude behavior from the employee I will suggest better not to go this Tim Hortons horrible experience with the staff and the food , he was busy listening his Indian songs on a drive-thru

There were 6 wasps and a nest in there i said they should get rid of it they no no its ok and rushed me out

I ordered coffees and food but I don’t use this Tim Hortons often and usually I only order coffee through the drive through. The drive through service is great but inside was disappointing. Nobody told me which counter my food would be brought out to so for 20 minutes I sat there waiting only to discover on my own that my food was at the other end. I didn’t even know they brought food out there and had seen someone pickup their food order at the other counter near where I was sitting. The result was both my food and coffee were cold when I got to my friend’s house…

I always give this Tim Hortons thumbs up, they can handle the busiest lineups and get you through in no time. My orders are always right, food is always good, hot when it's supposed to be. And everybody is always friendly there.

Wasn't going to post a review, but they want me to explain why 2 stars on a private customer assistance email, so i figure why not let everyone hear what I have to say.
Today as other days in past they are out of multiple items I'd like to order but Today was special at 8:01 pm no joke 8:01pm (I had to look at the time) they tell me they have no food past 8:00pm for sale. Now I'm pretty sure I have bought food past 8 at multiple Tim Hortons, so I was kinda shocked to hear that. Now I know 8pm is late for dinner if you 85 years young but for normal working guys grinding it out most days skipping lunch just try to grab some food on your way back to town it's kinda frustrating to say the least. Please do better don't be lazy.
