Wild Poppy seed bakery for a gluten free delicious win! Everything is fresh and yummy. There are vegan options as well. There's not much for sugar free items but there are alot of natural options like honey and maple syrup. Staff is helpful and friendly and the seating area is really cozy.

Very tasty pulled pork sandwich! It also happens to be a gluten free spot. Very small number of tables to eat at. The bread is so good that all of the loaves are gone well before lunchtime.

Uhh.. YUM! Omg. Where has this place been hiding? I usually come into Ladysmith for OTB but they were closed and this place was open another hour and I needed a coffee (which was great). I’m usually not big on s’mores but their s’mores bar looked so good I decided to partake. WHAT! It was amazing! 🤫 I’d take another one of these over my normal cinnamon bun across the street the next time I need a treat. So good. The quiche was yummy, too and I even grabbed some local milk - my normal creamery is only open Thursday to Sunday so that saved me a trip in a couple days. Aaand the sweet and bubbly gal behind the counter proactively offered me a bag for all my goods since I had baby in the other hand. They have a bunch of local goods for sale, too (candles, cards, foodstuffs, pottery, etc). What a fabulous stop - can’t wait to come back on my next time through! Thanks! Wow! What a pleasant surprise!

My name is Havah I am 14 years old and I am a celiac since I was a baby and I have never been able to eat out anywhere. We then found wild poppy market and whenever we come we buy 3 boxes of desserts and 5 salads! My dad has been bringing me for years now and it just makes me so happy to feel like a normal person and eat food that is out of this world! Thank you so much for making family’s like us so happy. We are so grateful for what you guys are doing. Keep doing it! We love you guys

This is one of the only places we can trust to eat out and the food is amazing! When we come here, like we did today we order 2-4 boxes of food and we eat as much as we can! We love supporting small businesses like this and I am so happy that I can eat at such an amazing place!
