Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Went this afternoon to get a few hamburgers and ice cream
left with nothing, 3 lined up at counter, no staff, the cook comes out to give a waiting customer their take out and asks us if we need help, I asked her if she was the cook, she said yes.
I asked her why is the cook taking orders at the counter, she says they are short staffed, she then said she had to get back to cooking. We left as did the other people in line.
I believe the owner should be doing a better job!!! or he is going to lose the store.
I feel sorry for his staff.

This place used to be a go-to however something seems off. Food quality seems lower than before. Someone is cutting corners

Very bad service

June 6th at approximately 1250 pm.
I came into the store with my son with some questions regarding the ice cream cakes. The two gentleman working were absolutely amazing and helpful. I’m 9 months pregnant and super exhausted and they made my cake purchasing experience for my husband a good one.

They did my daughter's fifth birthday cake she was over the moon. :) Well worth the price we paid. This will be a yearly tradition for us! Thank you for the awesome service and beautiful cake.

Poor value, poor attitude from the East Indian at the drive thru window. This place has gone downhill drastically since the original owners left. $7.84 for a large Strawberry Milk. Can’t even call it a milkshake cause it was soooo runny

How the Hell is 2 Blizzards and 1 burger $30? Force you to use the app or come with coupons

Good burgers served quickly..... o ya, it is fast food. Shakes good, fries, and onion rings not for me! I've had much better at other fast food joints.

I hate that I’m making this. But being a loyal person to this specific establishment. Within the past 2 and half weeks. Everything has gone down hill. I got honey mustard that was squashed and sticky and open. Badly wiped down and open on the side. My chicken strips were raw in the middle too. My poutine I dearly love for the same amount of time. Has had no gravy. Yes no gravy. And sideways in the bag. I don’t know what to say other than I’m heated and done giving the benefit of the doubt.

It all depends which staff are working really. I have yet to actually receive a hot burger regardless of who makes it. My last $12 blizzard wasn't even mixed up. Bottom half just plain ice cream...

Over charged us on our meal, couldn't figure out the coupon we were trying to use. Ordered a chicken sandwich and it came out tasting burnt

We went to this Dairy Queen to cool off and had a great experience because of RK. He was friendly, polite, attentive and just a pleasure to be served by. What an asset to your store. If you’re reading this RK, thank you so much for making my night with my dad special.

We have come here twice. Every single time, they've gotten our orders wrong and are quite rude when we go in to get it corrected. it's taken 30-40 minutes to get our order both times. Will not be returning.

Food is great. The store can be severely understaffed in the evenings and at night so wait times can be a little long.
