Phenomenal service from the blonde girl at the window this morning (didn't catch her name). Went out of her way for an obscure request and was incredibly sweet.

Had a little mix up with my order at Starbucks Turtle Bay, but Christine, the barista, was so kind and quick to fix it. I actually needed 5 pumps of white mocha but only mentioned one. When I asked if she could add the rest, she just smiled and said, “I got you, sir,” without hesitation.

It was a busy long weekend with a lot of people coming in, but she stayed so friendly and patient with everyone. Big shoutout to Christine and the Turtle Bay Starbucks team, great service!

Used the be the only place I could go to for lactose free milk.. if I have to buy drip then McDonald's has a better drip and a lot less money. Very unhappy about starbuck's decision to remove it from the menu for unhealthier fake milk

Went at 6:12 pm to get a vanilla cream Coldbrew and was told that they aren’t making it and it will be prepared for in the morning, so I drove to Vernon and they made me one no problem, so will not be stopping at that location again.

25minute drive thru. Don't do it.

The staff are all super nice and honestly brighten up our day everytime we go there!

Drive thru woman was AMAZING. Food, unfortunately seemed like it was sitting there for a while. Definitely not freshly made. Machiato is wonderful.

Clarified 3 x on the drive through order of my sandwiches order. Got to the drive through till and payed. Didn’t get my sandwich. Asked and they said oh it’s here. Then proceeded to say it wasn’t paid for. I said well I already did my payment. Apparent it wasn’t put on even after I asked 3x! Suggested it free to avoid having yo process my bank card again! Said no can’t! Not impressed on customer service:(

Was fine untill my last day here I order my drink they gave me a caramel crunch I wanted a regular caramel so I got a free one and a remade one THAT WAS MADE EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE FIRST ONE I got 2 caramel crunches ?
