We left the Rutland location because of how bad the service was and we drove all the way to Lake Country because I usually have much better service with Subcity. The contrast in the quality of service is unbelievable. The girl who helped us at the Lake Country location was so friendly, professional and efficient. There were multiple customers and she flew through all of us with a smile of her face. The two women at the Rutland location should be replaced with more people like...
The Donairs always taste amazing here, the staff are super kind and welcoming, and there's a 10% student discount as well. Would 100% recommend going here for some quality Donair!
Really dated restaurant and I was hesitant to go because the one in Kelowna I did not like. I ordered the denair with half beef half chicken and the chicken was sort of chewy. Next time I think I'll just get all beef. There was a lot of toppings and that I chose and most of it was falling out as I was eating it. I just got a regular. I find it a bit pricey.
The spicy fries are pretty good and the sauce they give you is also really yummy.
