The food and my drink were out fast, and they even were able to switch the milk after I placed my order. Overall great. Ive never eaten in, but I've been through the drive through many times, it's always fast, and the staff are always very kind and nice. Sometimes they do struggle to get the order the first time, but today was great as usual.

Had a very frustrating experience at the Lake Country drive-thru.

I clearly ordered a mocha iced capp with whipped cream, but the drink was handed to me without it. When I asked, the employee claimed whipped cream was discontinued, which turned out to be completely false. Another staff member even corrected her, which made the situation more awkward.

Instead of fixing the mistake, the employee was rude and dismissive. Good customer service means listening to customers and correcting errors, not arguing or giving wrong information.

Definitely not the level of service I expected. Needs improvement.

I ordered an orange tangerine quencher with whipped cream, but it was given without whipped cream. When I asked about it, the employee told me it was “discontinued,” which was not true. Another staff member even corrected her and pointed out that customers shouldn’t be misinformed.

What made it worse was the rude and dismissive attitude. Instead of fixing the mistake, the employee was unhelpful and unprofessional.

This kind of service is not acceptable. I hope management provides better training and ensures customers are treated respectfully.

I like having places where I can stop for a quick coffee and something to eat between classes. Tim Hortons is one of those places for me. The atmosphere is always relaxed and the staff are friendly whenever I come in.

As a student, Tim Hortons is one of my go-to spots when I need a quick coffee and somewhere comfortable to sit for a bit. The staff are always friendly and the service is quick, which I appreciate when I’m on a tight schedule between classes. The coffee is consistent and the atmosphere is relaxed, making it a great place to study or recharge for a few minutes. Always a solid experience coming here.

I’m just going to continue to this review until change happens,
Another day of lack of service, there is never more than one other person in this store yet they are the slowest humans to ever make a coffee. Why is so hard they are pressing buttons maybe putting something in the toaster yet it takes 12 minutes for them to get through one simple order

Update 2

November, the staff need training on simply greeting people when they walk in, it can up to 15 minutes before your acknowledged.

Staff an older women screamed at a women who had tapped her card as she was walking away the staff noticed her $2.00 didn’t go through so the older women staff began to scream and chase after the young lady. It was clearly a simple mistake that women even paid double she was so embarrassed and humiliated.

despite being listed a 24 hour establishment I went tonight and for no reason with no warning on the door was told the cafe was closed and asked to walk through the drive through wich is incredibly unsafe. They had music blasting and appeared to just be rocking out instead of serving customers.

They don't put enough care into food prep (just glob it together quickly) and never put the proper toppings on drinks (either don't put on until we ask or run out of whipped cream and sprinkles constantly). Service is getting better but still just trying to get you through as fast as possible).
