The franchise has been declining recently, but this location is by far one of the worst I've visited in years. Two out of the three items I ordered were prepared incorrectly. To make matters worse, the service was subpar. The staff didn’t greet customers, show appreciation, smile, or appear to have a good grasp of English.

I had an amazing experience at this Tim Hortons location! Despite being very busy, the staff handled everything with exceptional efficiency and friendliness. They were genuinely welcoming and made sure all customers were taken care of, even during the rush. It’s rare to see such great service under pressure. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for both quality coffee and outstanding customer service. Will definitely be back!

I come to this location regularly in the morning to grab coffee through the drive thru. It's hit and miss sometimes. The quality of food isn't consistent, and disappointing, not fresh or edible. I no longer order food due to this and stick to coffee only.
