Got a blt. The bacon crumbles to the touch and the lettuce has spots all over it. I ask for better quality bacon at least and was told that isn't a thing. It will take too long. No apologies, just an explanation on why they can't do anything to make it right, until I comment on the lack of customer service. Then I'm told I can wait for the bacon to thaw if I want another sandwich. The refund process was also a hassle, as I clearly irritated all the staff working. What a great experience.
