Ordered 3 large pizzas for delivery, was quoted $59 with their ‘$5 Off Coupon’. Received a call back about 20 mins later saying our pizzas were about to go out the door but she’d made a mistake and the coupon was for pickup only so it was going to be ‘a little bit more’. Usually pretty good, had the pork ribs today, they were absolutely pathetic for $11 tiny dried up bits of pork, small portion. Pizza is decent, I wish they would change the bacon, it’s disgusting.

Updated. I had an unfavorable experience with Sarpinos a couple of weeks ago, and the manager contacted me almost immediately after posting my review. He offered to redo the order at no cost, and I took him up on that offer last night. The delivery was quick and the food was well prepared and delicious.
