been here a few times going inside and there is always a wait or things missing, lady at the front makes you feel like its your issue that they cant multi task. i dont know if they need more people working?? seems like they have enough yet things dont flow - expect a wait when coming here.

How in the world is this location still run by that woman. I was inside last week and she was swearing so loud at the customer in drive through I could hear her inside the lobby, this is the manager! Another time I went and the drive thru window was open and cash register wide open anyone could reach in and grab it, again the manager was on window. She treats staff horribly the way she speaks to them blows my mind. Not to mention the countless wrong orders. I don't understand why this behavior is allowed. Maybe they would retain staff better without such hostility from a manager. If I get the same generic response I tried to submit a complain through the app it does not work..

A Tim Hortons is a Tim Hortons. This particular location has a family feeling and is never busy. Sometimes the drive thru can be a little slow, sure, but the restaurant is clean and friendly.

This is probably the worst Tim Hortons location in the entire country. Stopped for breakfast for some rock hard dry crumbing bagels that will probably take weeks to properly digest…. If I could give a minus 500 star rating, I would.

His name was Alex, or as I like to call him, Sleepyhead Stanley.I went into your establishment today to satisfy the grumble in my stomach. I ordered a chicken wrap and a small coffee, simple enough I thought. Well, I must’ve been sorely mistaken when the cashier with dark bags under his eyes told me about how sleep deprived he was, and if he messes up my wrap that is why.I was definitely taken aback by this statement and instantly regretted my selection. I wondered how badly could he possibly screw up that he had to warn me at the cash register? I feared I would look into the restaurant and find him taking a nap, possibly using my soft tortilla as a blanket. Perhaps I would open my wrap and find something that only could be described politely as “toilet brownies.” I almost considered just leaving the establishment all together as maybe it would’ve been too horrible and traumatic for me to witness.In the end the wrap was made correctly (as far as I knew) and was actually pretty tasty.Thanks Alex, for the heads up. I hope you sleep well tonight.

Alex... this is definitely the worst tims on Vancouver island but this alex guy really just tops it off never seen anybody be so disrespectful towards customers and slow today i waited for my chesse bagel for around 15 minutes before i had to remind alex who was obviously higher then a kite about how ive been waiting for my chesse bagel for over 15 minutes.

They do not clean their ice cap machine properly so whenever you get any kind of ice cap it tastes absolutely horrible most times.

The Tim Horton's in Lake Cowichan is bar none, the worst Tim's I've ever been in! Rotten tomatoes and lettuce on our Breakfast Belts, biscuits so stale that they were actually crunchy and even the coffee was terrible. There was a lovely lady at the drive thru, on a positive note.

This location is terrible it’s always under staffed during the busiest times they don’t pay attention to details my breakfast is constantly messed up when I’ve phoned multiple times asked to speak to the manager she is absolutely rude! She carry’s the means looks on her face and her attitude not only to customers but to staff is absolutely disgusting I’ve watched her yell at young staff members because they handed a drink before food through the drive through. I don’t understand how for one this location is still open. And two why it’s so understaffed the drive through is to the road. This morning I walked in and there was two people working.I called corporate and complained and I hope the owner and manager see this comment and DO better! If you hate your job and can’t handle the stress that comes along with it please resign so there can be a happy friendly face greeting there customers!Sincerely the lady in the new jeep that comes there every morning at 7
