24/7 - like an oasis in Lake Cowichan!!
Great stop on the Pacific Coastal Circle Route in the lovely town of Lake Cowichan
One of the nicer Tim Hortons I’ve been to. Very clean, and most of the staff are friendly and nice. Definitely a good location.

Tim Hortons is a consistent and reliable restaurant, known for good quality and speed of service. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, and one visit stood out where the owner and his son were very welcoming and took time to give directions and advice. The atmosphere reflects a true family-owned business. The Chicken Parmesan Flatbread Pizza is also praised as a good "fast food" option.
However, there have been some challenges. On a recent Saturday, there were reports of no one helping at the front counter, and several drive-thru employees were seen complaining about the lobby line without assisting customers. Additionally, a senior worker was overheard speaking loudly to a newer worker, which did not create a positive environment.
Despite these issues, many customers appreciate the dedication of the staff, who strive to provide excellent service even when short-staffed. Tim Hortons offers a variety of food and drinks for everyone, making it a popular choice for many. The restaurant is kid-friendly and has vegetarian options, though the selection could be improved. Overall, Tim Hortons remains a place where dedication and kindness shine through, creating a welcoming environment for all.
