Sick of this location. I pay premium price expecting a premium quality meal and choose a&w over mcdonalds or buger king and get freezing cold, old product. The onion rings always come burnt and the burgers are freezing cold and not fresh. For over 20$ a meal I would expect more.

It seems that A&W is no longer offering 7grain buns for the burgers, a huge disappointment. This location is in a mall so the atmosphere is "food court". I doubt we'll be back.

I lost track of time Christmas shopping with my daughter and she was hungry, got to the AW counter at 4 minutes to closing. They were obviously getting ready to clean up, but they took my order cheerfully and made her a fresh teen burger meal. The lady at the counter was very professional, very considerate and friendly.I really appreciated the kind service. The meal was great too.
