I ordered a spicy chicken burger and it tasted like curry. The drive thru staff was very abrupt, never told me my total and just shoved the card reader into my car as I was pulling out my wallet.

I was there today at 5.24 no body was to ready to listen to me they were all speaking in punjabi and giggling and noone giving any attention to people standing or saying excuse me. Pick up time was 5.24 and till 5.29 pm they didn't give me order. After speaking a bit loudly they came and said you should of have said earlier. I am waiting infront of them they can't see a heavy built guy with 5 feet 10 inches height. I don't get them ridiculous.

A horrible attitude and unjustified wait time in an empty restaurant… this one is off the list for us. Plus the “our dishwasher is broken” line is really old. One huge difference of this brand is their root beer in the root beer glass.

Best A&W ever! Pleasant staff. Food prepped fast and accurately. Took the coupons without issue. Eaten here many times and enjoy having a decent breakfast out.

Avoid. Everything starts to suck at lunch. Breakfast shift is good tho but as soon as lunch starts, the international students take over and you start to get unsalted fries and dry burgers. Albeit I'm not blaming the students, I just don't understand why a company would hire someone who doesn't eat meat to make a burger.
