I was there today at 5.24 no body was to ready to listen to me they were all speaking in punjabi and giggling and noone giving any attention to people standing or saying excuse me. Pick up time was 5.24 and till 5.29 pm they didn't give me order. After speaking a bit loudly they came and said you should of have said earlier. I am waiting infront of them they can't see a heavy built guy with 5 feet 10 inches height. I don't get them ridiculous.

A horrible attitude and unjustified wait time in an empty restaurant… this one is off the list for us. Plus the “our dishwasher is broken” line is really old. One huge difference of this brand is their root beer in the root beer glass.

Avoid. Everything starts to suck at lunch. Breakfast shift is good tho but as soon as lunch starts, the international students take over and you start to get unsalted fries and dry burgers. Albeit I'm not blaming the students, I just don't understand why a company would hire someone who doesn't eat meat to make a burger.

One of the best restaurant. I usually go there in night. There staff is always happy and polite. Girl named daman is so humble
Been going here for years without a problem. Always loved a&w as my favorite place to go for fast food, I work in customer service so I like to think myself lenient, wait times, out of product, etc. Stuff happens and I understand that. However, I recently went here to get a chubby chicken burger combo and they were out of chubby chicken burgers.... but had chubby chicken crunchers (slightly bigger patty for ~1.50 more). I asked if any other locations would have the regular burger? No. Asked if I could use a chubby chicken burger coupon on the cruncher instead of the regular? No. Asked if I could get the cruncher for the same price as the regular since they're out? Also no. I offered multiple alternatives and got turned away at each offer. They've lost a customer, at least at this location so they could save themselves a 1.50. Never had such poor service or care from an establishment before. Would not recommend going to this location anymore. Staff used to be great, not sure what happened.
