Feeling profiled went for take in and they gave me a bag to eat while everyone else had silver ware and porcelain plates. I even asked for a mug there shouldn't have been any confusion on weather I was eating in or not. Never coming back here.

Hit the drive-thru for breakfast. Bacon and Egger on English muffin and Breakfast Wrap with hash brown. I had to park for 5 mins while it was prepared. English muffin ended up being dry and hash brown was cold.

I went in for a dinner order for two and they asked if I wanted a bag.They want .25 for a bag that probably costs .01 cents for them. I could not carry it all in my arms. Next time I am bringing my Burger King bag to pick up my order.
I ordered a Chai Latte and had to wait around 20to 25 minutes in the drive thru The wait was way too long for just one drink. The staff were polite, but the service was really slow definitely needs improvement

I ordered a chai latte and had to wait over 15 minutes, and it still wasn’t ready even after waiting another 8 minutes. The service was quite slow today. Hoping they can improve preparation time and communication with customers in the future.

I visited a drive-thru today and had a really great experience. Since my arm is broken, it was hard to tap my card at the payment window, but the girl took my card and tapped it for me. She was so kind - she even came out to give me the meal and drinks with a smile. Such a humble and kind-hearted person! Afterward, I asked her name, and she told me it was Navjot. Plus, when I tried the food, it was delicious! It was my first time getting food from an A&W drive-thru.
