Had a great burger meal with the family on the run! Worth slowing down and eating in, that way you can get a frozen glass for your favourite pop….the A&W Root Beer was great!

I went drive thru today and had a lovely lady take my order. Her name is Prajan. What a pleasant person to speak with. She was so polite and welcoming when I drove up to the window. Such a great person to have on your staff!

Friendly staff and clean environment for a fast food restaurant. Please keep up the good work. The order is ready in reasonable wait time. We have been to the same chain restaurant in other locations but we were not so impressed by their service area…

They have raised their prices and decrease their portions dramatically in the last couple months. Unfortunately, this fast food chain has completely ruined. their menu. They went from our go to place when we're out and about with the family, to never going again.

A very helpful cashier pointed out that it's cheaper just to order the four 3 oz patties of grass-fed & finished beef, than order the burger with nothing on it, and throw away the bun.

Multiple times at different times tried to get something from the cold brew bar and they always say it's in cleaning mode any time of the night and won't clarify what time it's supposed to clean and they say it only takes 30 min so why is it always being cleaned all night

I drove through and ordered the combo of a Louisiana chicken sandwich with onion rings and a root beer. What they call Louisiana is a breaded chicken breast dusted with paprika and a dab of hot sauce, two pickles, a soaked saturated bun, lettuce, tomato, and too much Mayo. I was quite concerned that there was an upcharge for onion rings but it was not told to me when I ordered. The chicken sandwich was dry and flavorless and it's definitely not recommended

A good, clean restaurant with friendly staff and management that cares!I visit this location somewhat frequently, and it's always a very positive experience. I always take my order to go, however the restaurant is updated, clean, and very inviting if you do want to dine-in.The food is always good, hot, and the order is always correct.I had one small issue with an order recently, and the manager responded to my email extremely quickly (like, less than an hour). She went above and beyond on ensuring my issue was a one-off, and made it right for me on my next visit, which I really appreciated (and wasn't expecting).I know this isn't a fancy 5 star restaurant, however the team really does care at this location and my experience has been very positive - Even when there was a small hiccup, they took ownership immediately and resolved it moving forward.
