I drove through and ordered the combo of a Louisiana chicken sandwich with onion rings and a root beer. What they call Louisiana is a breaded chicken breast dusted with paprika and a dab of hot sauce, two pickles, a soaked saturated bun, lettuce, tomato, and too much Mayo. I was quite concerned that there was an upcharge for onion rings but it was not told to me when I ordered. The chicken sandwich was dry and flavorless and it's definitely not recommended

A good, clean restaurant with friendly staff and management that cares!I visit this location somewhat frequently, and it's always a very positive experience. I always take my order to go, however the restaurant is updated, clean, and very inviting if you do want to dine-in.The food is always good, hot, and the order is always correct.I had one small issue with an order recently, and the manager responded to my email extremely quickly (like, less than an hour). She went above and beyond on ensuring my issue was a one-off, and made it right for me on my next visit, which I really appreciated (and wasn't expecting).I know this isn't a fancy 5 star restaurant, however the team really does care at this location and my experience has been very positive - Even when there was a small hiccup, they took ownership immediately and resolved it moving forward.

I ordered Papa Burger. After less than 5 minutes, they handed over a burger that was prepared for someone else hours ago. The cheddar cheese looked like it was sitting there for days. Beef patties were as solid as rubber and cold. When I came back to the drive thru, they told me their grill is not ready, so for a fresh burger, I had to wait 15 minutes. Now I have a question to ask the manager of this A&W location : Are you aware of the staff serving leftover foods to customers????

we waited in the drive thru for AT LEAST 20 minutes and we ordered 1 SMALL DRINK. worker looked like she was on drugs, eyes super blood shot. she didnt even fill up the cup all the way.

I waited in the Drive-Thru while and after I left I realized my order was wrong so I went back and waited in the line and they completely replaced it with no issues I gave them a bag of chocolate from work for their professionalism
At 10:15 pm i had to wait more than three minutes at drive thru for my order. For reference i was the only one in queue. Defeated whole meaning of drive thru.

I have ordered here a breakfast bacon and egger combo in the Drive Thru. Only to drive off and get to work and notice i never even got any bacon on my egger. So disappointed. You would think they check that?

I ordered a double buddy with cheese and fries. I got home and the fries were hot but the buddy burger was at cool temp. The burger had one patty and it looked like remnants of cheese had been scraped off on the edges, with mayo and ketchup slopped in the middle.I went back to complain. The manager said she'd write my name in a book and I could let them know about it the next time I came there.I told her, I just want to have a gift card for the burger that I paid for but didn't get.She said they don't do that.I won't be back to this location.

Had a terrible experience here with my late night take out order here. I have NEVER ever received cold and soggy fries at any fast food restaurant before this. On top of that, I was charged a different amount than what was on my receipt. So I went back to the Drive thru queue, waited another 15 mins for some reason for my turn, then shared all my grievances with the Indian girl who served me earlier. She UNAPOLOGETICALLY replies that I had been actually provided with the wrong receipt. At this point, I was still feeling ok, but then I asked for a replacement for the fries, waited another 4-5 minutes, then she handed me the fries again without any sign of remorse. I drove away and parked in the restaurant's parking lot, opened the bag of fries only to find that they had actually just refried the very same order of fries to make it appear hot, which eventually got soggy and cold in the next couple of minutes. Felt very disappointed and frustrated!!
