Food was ok. On the pic, 4 small pieces of spring rolls were $8.8 plus taxes.

Previously my wife and I had lunch here for the very first time, the ambiance and menu choices were very good. I ordered a chicken karrage bento box and a 9 item variety sampler for my wife….we enjoyed it very much!
So I recommend to several of my friends to try this out place today. There was 7 of us, we were handed a one page menu with a very limited items. The server said the menu has recently changed and no longer carry the extended food items….no bento boxes!!
All of us complained about the limited menu choices.
I ordered a char shiu rice bowl and one other person order the same but pork instead.
When the order came we couldn’t recognize with is which, neither did the server! The bowls consisted of some grounded up meats with soy sauce served with some bland nibblet can corns. The rice was dry and the meat was dry. Luckily it came with a bowl of miso so the dry food could be washed down!
The final surprise was a 15% service charge added to the bill on top because we had 7 people dining!
What a disappointment! I had to apologize to all my friends for bringing them here!
I don’t think we’ll return anytime soon!!!
What a disappointment

We ordered the regular ramen and the spicy ramen. The broth of the regular ramen is rich and on the saltier end. We ordered extra noodle to go with the broth so it was just right.
The pork is on the dry and harder end compared to what we liked in authentic Japanese ramen places.
The noodle is on the softer side. Likely from pre packed noodles. Likely not made in house.
The soft boiled marinated egg was surprisingly cold. It is meant to be warm like the broth so there is quite a bit of contrast in temperature. It was also served whole instead of cut in half.
The black mu-er (mushroom) does not taste as fresh.
The spicy ramen was just spicy, the broth is not well balanced in aroma. I would recommend just the regular ramen with a bit of spicy sauce on the side.

Something felt off aboit the service this time around. The first time I went, the food and service was amazing. The ramen bowl was full and savory, and the staff was attentive.
This time the staff was dozing off, not paying attention. The food portions was smaller than before. The ramen was half full, barley seasoned and the sound of microwaves was constant. I really enjoyed this restaurant so its a shame I have to give it a low rating..

The worst experience at this place. Tiny portions, high prices poor and disappointing customer service .
Never again .

I recently visited AO Sushi and Ramen, and I have to say, no matter how good the food might be, the terrible service completely ruined the experience.
From the moment we sat down, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority—the tables around us were littered with dirty dishes that weren't cleared for ages. Once our food was finally served, the waiter vanished and never returned. We were left entirely on our own, with no one checking in to see if we needed anything. When it came time to leave, I had to get up and track down someone just to get the bill.
It’s a shame because the food itself was decent, but the poor service overshadowed everything else. I won’t be coming back.

Went here for lunch one day with my son because he wanted ramen. Of course once he realized they served cold soba noodles he got that instead. He loves cold soba and really enjoyed it. I tried the tantan ramen and it was ok, but not great. Will try something else next time. Will certainly pay them another visit.

The price doesn't reflect the portion or quality. TNT has better food. The servers never checked in after we were seated. Both times, I went, the food was mediocre for the price.
It has a good atmosphere but tbh not worth.

I ordered the salmon poke bowl and loved it. Great quality and quantity. I also ordered the appetizer combo chefs special box with 9 items in one, and it was well presented and delicious. The customer service was prompt and friendly!

I ordered bento and miso ramen pork cutlet, but it's too bad. The pork cutlet is hard, the tamago of miso ramen is cold, and the karate of bento is like chicken in a microwave oven. I don't want to come again. The price is even more expensive.

Ramen was extremely disappointing. Noodles undercooked, pre-boiled egg still cold in the center, pork repulsive.
The atmosphere and pricing points towards premium however the food is anything but.
