There aren't too many pubs like this anymore. No frills, no trendy designs or brand-based styles. Just comfortable and reliable offerings in both food and service. Tasty, standard choices on the menu with a good selection of beer. And the service is excellent! Lots of parking for both automobiles and horses. They have retained a horse paddock for those arriving on horseback. And after you've finished your meal go next door to fill up your car with what I've noticed...
Best pub in langley bar none! The staff are fantastic! The food is delicious and always good portions. Old school cow boy atmosphere with an actual horse area to tie your horse up and drop in for a pint.
Dinner was fantastic on a Thursday evening.
Went back for breakfast on Sunday. I asked for hot sauce for my eggs and was told the kitchen needs to charge for it?
REALLY? HOT SAUCE?
Service was absolutely top notch on both occasions.
Next time for breakfast is another location or bring my own hot sauce.
