Very small place, ideal for a quieter dining experience. Music was maybe just a bit too loud, but not that bad. Our table was a bit wobbly, enough to be slightly annoying unfortunately (no it wasn't one of the feet, that we could have fixed np).The food, however, is great! The lamb was cooked to perfection, and the desserts were absolutely to die for!
Amazing food, but koobideh is a little thin☺️Recommended Avishan, and we will be back again. service is excellent…

The Atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. Upon arrival, we were served tea as we browsed the menu. My friend and I choose and shared the Koobideh and Shishlik, which had incredible flavors. This is a great spot for a meal, whether lunch or dinner. Definitely worth

Very expensive that doesn't make justice with the quality, portion size and overall environment. The food is not bad but given that we have plenty of great Persian restaurants around, this place is not among the best. If there is anything that stood out than average that was complimentary saffron tea. The main reason for lower rating is actually very expensive prices, which definitely don't justify the quality and portion sizes. The ambience is basically dull compared to an expensive restaurant, just bunch of tables in small restaurant. Finally, not worth the very high prices while there are plenty of great places with better food quality and portions at almost half the price.

We went here for dinner one night because I was craving some really good Persian food. It was our first time at this restaurant. I didn't particularly like the eggplant; I won't be ordering that again. However, I had a really nice rice and chicken breast skewer dinner. My husband ordered the vaziri lamb skewer with rice. He enjoyed it and said the meat was quite tender. I would love to see them bring in some Persian style sabzi because it is quite delicious on rice. Good service. Good food. Thanks!
Another fantastic meal at Avishan. Portions are perfect but I could eat those tender flavorful skewers all evening. If people complain about portions that’s because it’s so good they devour their meal so quick.Parking is no problem and free.A great unassuming independent restaurant I encourage you to try this authentic restaurant in a quiet part of Langley. The tea is always inviting. Thanks again Avishan
They the best lamb I've ever had - the lamb shank was delicious, tender, fall of the bone, with roasted garlic, onion, with rice, it was heavenly! Definitely coming back again for this dish.

One of the absolute best spots in the mainland for top quality meat. You won't find better koobideh kababs, steaks or lamb chops (shishlik). Must try.

Great restaurants, amazing Iranian food and atmosphere, friendly
It's hard to find a good Persian food in Metro Vancouver, however, Avishan restaurant has really tasty Persian food. They serve variety of kababs and it is really delicious and the portions are big. The lamb shank and the shoulder are also very delicious. The atomsphere is ok and the service is great and the saffron tea after the meal is so satisfying. I highly recommend Avishan restaurant if you're looking for a good meal in this area.

Service was great and staffs were friendly and polite. The portion size was good for the price. The food was good but not as we expected. It was greasy and smelly like meat fat. After the lunch we got smell of kitchen and fat. The ingredients were fresh and all were in good quality.

We had Lamb Neck which was the most delicious that I‘ve ever tried in BC. Kaske Bademjan could be tastier if they’ve prepared with fried eggplant instead of grilled one. And also the rice portion could be more than what they considered because people were ordering extra rice besides their order. We’d like the tea served after the meal?

At first I was not in the mood to eat heavy meal and middles eastern food but when I tasted the Avishan food, I was totally blown away on how tasty, tender and good portion of meat for a very affordable price. We were so excited to try it and we didn’t get a chance to take a photo of the food before we digested it in 2 mins. You should give this restaurant a try here in Langley and you will not gonna regret it! They definitely deserve your business!
