Ban Chok Dee Thai Cuisine-Langley

The prices are unreasonably high compared to the food. I’ve never paid this much even in downtown Vancouver. It feels unfair to spend this much on Thai food in Langley. The taste is also quite average. The minimum tip starts at 18%, but I’m not sure the service really matches that. Keep this in mind if you’re considering the price.

Ordered delivery and added $3 chicken for 2 dishes.

There were 2 pieces of chicken max. in each dish. When ordering, don't pay for extra meat!! Spent $130 for tiny portions and almost no meat.

I recently visited Ban Chok Dee Thai Cuisine, and the overall dining experience was truly impressive. The restaurant has a warm and elegant atmosphere, beautifully designed with touches of Thai-inspired décor. The lighting is soft, the seating is comfortable, and the ambiance makes it a great place for gatherings with friends or a cozy date night. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service from the moment we walked in.
The food was delicious, and a few dishes really stood out. The Thai milk tea was outstanding—rich, fragrant, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. It was one of the best Thai teas I’ve had in Vancouver. The red curry was another highlight, bursting with aromatic spices and creamy coconut flavor. The portion was generous, and every bite was flavorful, with the right level of heat that made the dish even more enjoyable. Paired with rice, it was absolutely satisfying.
Overall, Ban Chok Dee delivers a wonderful combination of great food, inviting ambiance, and excellent service. If you’re looking for authentic and well-crafted Thai cuisine, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended! 🌶️🥥🍛

OH MY........ This is literally the best Thai place EVER. I've been eating here for years and it's always delicious and consistent. Love the atmosphere in the restaurant. I mostly do take out with them, as they have excellent lunch specials, but dining in is also lovely.

The food here is awesome!! Several kinds of dishes, each with unique flavours. Spiced according to your taste: mild to extra spicy. You choose.
Atmosphere is very pleasant, but can be a bit noisy, since the place is usually full. That's why they are expanding.
I've been going here for years and it's still my top Thai restaurant.

Been going there for many years and really had good experiences almost every time. We lived in Langley and we went there many times and went to Maple Ridge and they’re both pretty comparable and really good food overall. I would say you would not be disappointed. Food is very good.

Veggies were not fresh and overcooked. The beef had no taste and very chewy. I had come to this restaurant a few times, never been so disappointed. Too expensive, this pai si ew was not worthy for $24, I wouldn’t go again.

Our go to Thai place.! We love all their dishes and the staff are super friendly! Highly recommend. Be sure to save room for dessert. Their deep fried bananas and ice cream is amazing!

The food here is good, though it seems like they don’t want your business unless you eat in… I’ve tried several times in past 6 months to order online and over phone (when they seem to answer) and the wait time is always over an hour… so plan accordingly. Plus when I have ordered and it’s been over an hour wait the food seems to have been sitting, as for example the Pad Thai has set in to a solid chunk… it’s a shame as the food tastes great.
