Went tonight with my family to grab some ice cream. Out of the 5 single cones we got, only 1 ice cream tasted good. All of the others were awfulllllll and just didn’t taste good!. Will probably never come back as it was a total waste of money. Also was charged an additional $5 to replace an ice cream for my husband because the flavour was disgusting. Figured the girl would say, no don’t worry about it, but she charged us without even a blink. Not good customer service at all, and won’t recommend. Will go to Dukes in Clayton Heights next time for 1000000% better ice cream.

I went 3 times to get treats for my birthday, to order a birthday cake and to pay for it. Every time, the staff are so nice and friendly, good customer service. Everyone loved the ice cream cake birthday cake I ordered. My daughter loved it very much, really beautiful! I also bought an ice cream cake for my friend and she loved it. So this is one of the places that will always come to our mind when we think about ice cream cake and ice cream because we really enjoy their favors, a lot to choose from. My favorite one is ube coconut

Haven't been here for a few years but it was pretty good! I got the birthday cake ice cream and they made sure to give a massive scoop! My favorite part is that it actually has big chunks of vanilla frosting in it!

Everything is great except the owner who keeps the store extremely understaffed. It's a hot day and people want ice cream but Scrooge McDuck is too cheap to have more than 2 people on shift at a time
