Pretty much never go 10-15 mintues before close they will usually have the door locked with the sign light on saying they are open and then proceed to look you dead in the face like your stupid for even coming up to the door. This has now happened more then once. Change your location hours if you don’t want to serve people up until close. As reading comments this happens more then frequently then it should.

The girls working are always polite and friendly. Sorry boys is you work there but every time we go in it's been the same two girls. Great selection and withing walking distance from the mall and our house!

Went before closing and observed a huge lack of customer service from the two blonde young ladies. No greeting; barely any eye contact, slight attitude and one kept pretending to look at her wrist watch, as it was close to closing. They deserved the rush of people that walked in minutes before 10PM lol. Ice cream was great though.

Arrived at 9:52 PM with my family ice cream list. I always come here. The posted hours on both google & the door clearly said 10 PM, but the staff had already locked the doors nearly 10 minutes early. I pointed to the sign & the time, trying to reason with them kindly, but 1 staff member simply said “no,” twice & the other ignored me completely.
Five minutes later, the owner came out, seen me & asked them several times to open the door.. but they still refused. If my employees ever refused a customer like that, they wouldn’t be working for me. And truthfully, the owner never opened the door either. That kind of customer service speaks volumes. Businesses should uphold integrity, proper etiquette, and a sense of community. Sadly, after this experience, we won’t be returning. It’s clear this place doesn’t value its customers the way it should.

It's 930pm on a Wednesday, the 2 girls working here are absolutely killing it. The place was packed and they were both doing an amazing job. We had a large order for 5 people, and the employee working and taking our order listened with patience and got everything right. Great job girls!

There was no smile on the face of workers when they saw Indian customers. They don’t know what customer service is! Alot of racism is there.
Watch out with the fresh pack container, they'll stiff you on the fill. Here I have one with rum and raisin and you can see the gaps - it was even worse towards the bottom. Definitely felt cheated considering how expensive it was. If you really want to take a container home, go with the pre-packs as those are properly filled and compacted.
