I encountered unacceptable customer service at this establishment. The staff was not only rude but also defensive, outright refusing to provide the owner’s contact information. The meat I received was expired, which resulted in me feeling ill; to make matters worse, the chicken breast had troubling white spots. Additionally, I purchased an opened box of samosas that was missing pieces, yet the staff shrugged it off as normal. It was only after I insisted on speaking to the manager that a refund was offered, and even then, there was no acknowledgment of the poor service or product quality. It’s concerning that the owner seems oblivious to the decline in both staff behavior and overall customer service.

I hate leaving bad reviews because I dont like being “that person” but this time I cant help it.

Ive lived across the street from willoughby town center and really enjoy shopping local - I have ordered from here a handful of times and left dissapointed. The first time was my bfs bday last year. I ordered two lbs of chicken wings cooked, and served it to my guests. The meat was raw and pink. It wasnt cooked inside.

Also, they advertise 8.99 a lb for chicken wings, but it always ends up more expensive. I ask for 1lb, the girl gives me 1.5 lb. I dont know why she does this. I came home today, the meat wasnt seasoned thoroughly, and tasted so bland. I really wish I could support them, but its been too many instances where Ive had a bad experience.

The best meat shop in town..visited both Surrey Scott Road and Langley locations. Unlike the other meat shops this has a different vibe with its own kitchen corner. Loved their huge rational oven that cooked absolutely juicy chicken in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommended- great collection of flavors and always fresh and juicy.

The difference with this place and other meat shops is they use this fancy convection oven to cook your meat for you. Literally took 10 minutes for our meat and they prepared a rice bowl too. Super friendly staff also. I 100000% recommend this place! Delicious and the place was clean.

Love this shop! They have an amazing selection of meats to choose from - the quality and flavours are incredible. Love how friendly their staff are as well. The best part for me though is that they even cook your meat for you, so great when you are in a rush and want a quick easy meal. 10/10!

If you haven’t tried this meat store, you should checkout and taste their marinated chicken wings. Especially peri-peri wings and Kara Kashmiri wings these 2 are my favourite. Service is excellent. I highly recommend this store.
