I'll say that more slowly.... $20 for ONE sandwich!!! On what planet does that make sense?
No doubt why so many crazy priced restaurants are going bankrupt.
Self inflicted bankruptcies. I walked out without buying anything. You know what happens when consumers form a negative opinion? They don't return.

Pretty disappointed with my order today. I usually really like the sandwiches from here however, I received a completely wrong sandwich this time around. It honestly really sucks when you’re paying $15-$20 for one thing. I understand it was most likely a simple mistake but I’m not sure how that could have happened when the order was repeated back to me and I was also the only one in the restaurant. Sure I could have gone back and informed them of the mistake but by the time I got home, I truly didn’t want to make the 20 minute drive back. I’ll probably return but likely not to this location.

Food tastes great, nonetheless, the price for the amount of food you get is sad. You'll be left feeling hungry still and quite dissapointed with the amount of money spent on a meal.

Tried a #9, Generous meats, cheese and sauce. Bread was nice and soft. Delicious! Staff was friendly, fast service. I took mine to go but the dining area looked clean and well kept. I'll definitely be back.

First time ordering Big star and it will be last.overall its not bad but It's overpriced for what it is and they use way too much sauce which makes the non toasted bread soggy. in all honesty I can go to a Local bakery get a homemade sandwhich and soup for way less.
Someone brought me home some your sandwiches. It wasn't the best. It wasn't toasted and I prefer toasted. There wasn't a good balance of protein and vegetables. No seasoning perhaps salt and pepper. However, there was sauce though. Sandwich or burger that is what I look for toasted or not, there is a balance of protein and vegetables, seasoning, and sauce. This is a no for me.

Really should look at having a gluten free bread alternative. Tons of different suppliers out there that produce a good product, people understand the up-charge for it.

Ordered on Uber, so I can't speak to the establishment itself, but the sandwich was gross. I got the #10 All I could taste was the sauce and did not enjoy the sandwich at all. The honey mustard is sickly sweet. 80% honey, 15% mayo, 5% mustard. Meat quality was below par. The lettuce was nice and the bread fresh, but would not order again.
