I had a disappointing experience with the manager during my visit. I simply asked to substitute frozen yogurt for blueberries, and was told it wasn’t allowed, without any explanation or flexibility. It felt like a small request, and the lack of accommodation or effort to work with me left a negative impression. A bit more customer care would’ve gone a long way.

They made me wait for excessive time even though my pick up time was way earlier. There were two staff members just discussing something and not helping the staff those were working. This is unprofessional behaviour when people are waiting for their order and staff not helping each other .

I had a very good experience with this juice shop and the staff were very lovely, the young blonde lady was very respectful and kind and made me feel very welcome in the store. She greeted me with a smile and care, definitely a great experience! I will be coming back as the smoothie was delicious and the service was fantastic!

first of all the young blonde woman gave me a nasty glare when i walked in the door right after she had come off of her break i felt targeted and unwelcome and also i feel like it was racially motivated because i am a young black man who struggles with social anxiety because i have been targeted in so many different ways and hated on because of my race and sexuality, when i entered the store i could see her looking at my tail (i am a furry) and i am proud to be one i couldn’t tell if she was checking me out because i am a tall young fine dark chocolate man that drives a hellcat, when i went to order my funky monkey drink she made a racist comment about how “i’m a monkey” and how “of course i wanted that drink” my overall experience with this young lady was unacceptable and unappreciated. This was around 8:30PM May, 26th, 2025. signing off billy bronchus. PS this is not my funky monkey. (not what i asked for)

I come in asking if I can order it’s just one drink and she says “we’re actually closing right now, we’re closing in 3 seconds”. Well, there’s still 3 seconds for me to order… So she takes my order, punches it in the till like she’s mad after giving me a rude look, makes my drink (I can tell she had attitude cuz she’s banging the blender stuff around). I taste it and it’s not even mango the one I ordered. Like I feel bad enough already to even ask her to remake it cuz she’s probably gonna make it wrong again. Please coach and give feedback to this individual who was working Monday night, may 26, closing til 9

I bought 4 smoothies for my family and they all really liked it (i bought tropi-kale, matcha monsoon, ocean mist and berry cream sensation) and prefer that they would rather buy and drink healthy drinks when going outside than just coffee or soda. Price may be a little expensive but it's worth it. It was a great experience overall not just for me but also to my family who enjoyed their drinks.
Drinks are good but the employee named May is extremely rude and not personable. Walked in and greeted her kindly and she immediately was rude and told me i had gained weight since the last time she saw me. Will NEVER buy from this store again.

Not to pick on this location in general, but this is more meant for all Booster Juices. Tasty drinks, but it’s just too pricey now. $6.18 after tax for a SNACK size drink that would barely satisfy a child. I understand businesses have to keep the lights on, so they are all raising their prices, but the cost of their drinks is now not worth it. I would have rather gone to S.Bux for an overpriced drink at the price Booster Juice is charging. Also, the tackiness of asking for a tip on top of the insane prices at checkout ?
