Was here today for dinner, took the server a very long time to get to us about the food we wanted to order. We ended up having 3 serves. When it came, a lady dropped off the food super quick without saying anything. I understand that it might have been busy, but she didn’t even look at us and dropped our food like it was a fast food place instead of a restaurant. Please teach your servers to be friendly and kind to clients just so they have a good experience.

Stay away from the bar guys, it's not good... Anyways... Come with a big group, and guaranteed that one will walk away for free. Don't ask me how I know...

If 0 stars was an option that would be the rating I give. As you can see, there was a giant hair baked into my pizza, at first I thought it was a dog hair, so it was no big deal, until I pulled on it, and discovered how long and thick it was. It was also fully baked into the pizza, from top to bottom. I have been back and forth (it’s been one sided, I have constantly had to follow up) with management from this location since May 10th 2024 (the day of my order). Still have not resolved anything. First I was told a refund would be issued, then “no that is not our policy,” then they would give me a voucher for a free pizza (will never dine here again for obvious reasons so that will not work), was also told a gift card was in the mail (back in June) which I have never received. Now I am being ignored by their general manager, Keith via email. Follow up after follow up sent. I find it very hard to give businesses 0 stars. Often I give 4-5 stars. But this has gone on for over six months over a $60 bill. Yes I reported them to Fraser Health and yes I reported them to their head office. Totally ridiculous that I have been given the run around. Myself, friends, and family will NEVER dine (or take out) at any Boston Pizza again. The entire management team and staff should be ashamed of this place.
