If 0 stars was an option that would be the rating I give. As you can see, there was a giant hair baked into my pizza, at first I thought it was a dog hair, so it was no big deal, until I pulled on it, and discovered how long and thick it was. It was also fully baked into the pizza, from top to bottom. I have been back and forth (it’s been one sided, I have constantly had to follow up) with management from this location since May 10th 2024 (the day of my order). Still have not resolved anything. First I was told a refund would be issued, then “no that is not our policy,” then they would give me a voucher for a free pizza (will never dine here again for obvious reasons so that will not work), was also told a gift card was in the mail (back in June) which I have never received. Now I am being ignored by their general manager, Keith via email. Follow up after follow up sent. I find it very hard to give businesses 0 stars. Often I give 4-5 stars. But this has gone on for over six months over a $60 bill. Yes I reported them to Fraser Health and yes I reported them to their head office. Totally ridiculous that I have been given the run around. Myself, friends, and family will NEVER dine (or take out) at any Boston Pizza again. The entire management team and staff should be ashamed of this place.

Sometimes your server is so great you have to acknowledge it. Hannah served me and I wanted to pass on how good she was her smile her attention to my wants her pleasantness she made my quick brief meal really pleasant. She stands out. Keep her thank her reward her. Thanks Hannah in a climate of people forgetting others and unfiltered opinions and apathy you stood out. Do great things girl

“Extremely disappointed with the service here. The waitress brought our food out but forgot the basics—utensils, ketchup, and napkins. When I asked for them, she threw a huge pile of napkins (like 50!) onto the table and tossed the ketchup without even looking at us or acknowledging what she was doing. It felt rude and unprofessional. Definitely not the level of service I expected.”
Overall everything was good, service, food was warm. Cheerful server and kept us satisfied with refills and checking on our food

By far the worst location, ordered my food over the phone tonight. Showed up they gave me someone else’s order luckily I caught it before I drove too far. After I came back to get my own order I had to then wait another 20 mins, then after driving all the way home they then missed half my order. It would be nice for some sort of compensation for the missed items in my order! Better off just going to the other Langley location.

Terrible service, actually no service at all! Went there for dinner and to watch the game. No one came to our table after we were seated, not even to offer water. We had asked a host for some service but still nothing. We waited over 20 minutes then just left. It was not even busy in there. Pretty disappointing BP
