i am writing this as I am actively waiting for my server to come check on us. It has been over 30 minutes and I’ve watched her check on every other table here besides ours. She was very rude while taking our order and acted annoyed as if us ordering was bothering her. Worst server I have ever had. I understand that servers can be busy but the restaurant is empty and she is choosing to wipe down her bar surface instead of check on our table. All she did was drop our drinks and take our order, someone else brought out our food and my water has a hint of root beer that I can’t even get replaced because NO ONE HAS CHECKED ON US SINCE GETTING OUR FOOD. On Friday the 20th of March in the bar section.

Lauren was a great server ! She is polite, fast paced, and very kind ! Next time you are at Boston Pizza Langley if you get Lauren you will be well pleased. She also has a great sense of humour.

The food, all pizzas and appetizers, are always delicious! It’s our go to place after watching a movie at the Cineplex. Always great experience and good vibes!

The food was tasty and our entire party was satisfied. Portions are generous and service was quite good. Been to this location multiple times and always had a similar experience.
I do not recommend this location at all. Cactus cuts was uncooked and floppy. Next time I ordered by phone and came to pick up they didn’t have my order. Poor customer service.

4.5/5 only because sometimes getting seated at BP can be quite lively and chaotic due to group patrons and team parties. It is a perfect space for those settings but just something to be mindful of for noise and younger groups. The staff were all very nice and I believe our server was Sarah (sorry I didn’t take the receipt home!) - she was very personable and kind. We had the pizza and nachos and that’s our usual go to. You can definitely be full with some leftover for starter size nachos and a medium pizza. The only thing that was odd there was only bacon on one half of the spicy pierogi pizza - either way delicious and it was too busy to try to flag someone down when we had yummy food ahead of us anyways!
