Raw chicken sandwiches and manager tried charging us for 1 of them still. Had a $10 discount on bill for mistake then because we asked about why we were charged for 1 sandwich she took our 10 discount off and just removed other Sandwich!!

All I have to say is, more reviews need to be positive. If youre having a hard time with a positive experience, then you need to stop by late on a Friday and get service by Lauren and Layton. These two made it welcoming and entertaining. Was the perfect way to end my busy day. Good food for appy hour, great drinks and a ton of laughs. Thank you Layton and Lauren. See you two soon. I will for sure be back.

Went here for dinner last night. The place was packed just before 7pm. Our family of three were seated promptly. Our waitress as well as the other staff were doing a excellent job at taking care of everyone. Our waitress made sure to check on us throughout our entire time of dining there. It was great to experience that level of attention. We were very happy with the service that was provided. And as always the food was delicious.

BP for as long as it's been around is a popular go to restaurant. Been going here for over 30 years, with the odd and rare less than great experience. It happens, especially over such a long period of time and visits. Walnut Grove location is no exception but most visits are deserving of 4 stars across the board.

I placed a pickup order last night, and although there was a brief moment of clarification needed during the phone call and at arrival, the host was polite, attentive, and ensured everything was handled correctly. I truly appreciated her helpful attitude.
When I arrived home and opened my meal, I was genuinely impressed to see that it was prepared exactly as requested. Please extend my thanks to both the host and the kitchen staff for their excellent service and attention to detail. It was greatly appreciated.
