Had an awesome experience at Boston Pizza! The service was top-notch from start to finish. Jessica was absolutely amazing — super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to get service that good these days. Definitely coming back!

I ordered from the Boston Pizza website and the food came from this location. I ordered the same thing I've been ordering for years from other locations. Two Jambalaya pastas and a double order of hot wings. Everything was way too overcooked. I've never had such dry hot wings before, and the pasta was basically mush. I don't often get to order out these days due to low income and when I do I would like to get a certain standard of quality. Too bad but I probably won't be ordering from Boston Pizza again while living in Langley.

Got food poisoning. Barely made it to my vehicle when I started getting terrible stomach cramps. Almost didn’t make it home before i got sick. How do you mess up Buffalo chicken Mac n cheese?
My garlic toast was served 10 minutes after the entree. The only server working was nice, but she was inattentive and didn’t seem to want to be there.

Came in on a Monday night and Kenzie absolutely crushed it! She’s hilarious, super sweet, and had the best energy all night. The drinks she made were so good, honestly some of the best we’ve had here. She kept us laughing the whole time and made Monday feel like a Friday. Highly recommend if you’re in the area

Super friendly, full of energy, and gave us spot-on recommendations for what to order off their lunch menu. I was a server for 20 years and she is definitely the best server I've had in a long long time. Everything we tried was delicious, and she made the whole experience feel effortless and fun. Honestly, her service took our lunch to the next level. If you’re coming here, definitely ask for Kassidy, you won’t be disappointed!
