After a long day at work, my girlfriend and I were looking to unwind with some good food and conversation. Boston Pizza was the perfect spot!
Our server, Cassidy, was absolutely fantastic! She checked in on us just the right amount—enough to make sure we had everything we needed, but not so much that it became awkward. lol. She was super friendly, polite, and genuinely seemed to care about making our experience great. The food was delicious, as always. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and Cassidy definitely helped us end a tiring day on a high note. Thanks for the amazing service, Cassidy! We’ll definitely be back!

Every few years I give this place another chance, and this time I wasn't disappointed. The service was actually friendly, which is a complete turnaround from my previous visits. I enjoyed the food and the service. The only minus was the tabletop video advertising. I finally turned the ad triangle at an angle where I could only see flashes of light. I see more unsolicited ads than I want on phone and TV apps. Can I not sit down to enjoy a meal without being blasted with advertising?

I had a terrible experience at Boston Pizza. I came in for lunch and didn’t want to order a large meal because I didn’t want food to go to waste. I specifically asked for a kids’ meal and even said I didn’t mind paying extra—I just wanted a smaller portion. The waitress said that was fine, but she failed to inform me that my meal wouldn’t be kids-sized.
When the plate arrived, it was huge—enough to feed a family of four. This was exactly what I was trying to avoid! On top of that, the service was incredibly slow and inattentive. When I tried to ask about the issue, I had to wait an extra 15 minutes just to get her attention. When I finally did, she blamed her manager and walked off without resolving the problem.
Overall, the lack of communication, slow service, and poor customer care left me extremely unsatisfied. I will not be returning.
