I had a terrible experience at Boston Pizza. I came in for lunch and didn’t want to order a large meal because I didn’t want food to go to waste. I specifically asked for a kids’ meal and even said I didn’t mind paying extra—I just wanted a smaller portion. The waitress said that was fine, but she failed to inform me that my meal wouldn’t be kids-sized.
When the plate arrived, it was huge—enough to feed a family of four. This was exactly what I was trying to avoid! On top of that, the service was incredibly slow and inattentive. When I tried to ask about the issue, I had to wait an extra 15 minutes just to get her attention. When I finally did, she blamed her manager and walked off without resolving the problem.
Overall, the lack of communication, slow service, and poor customer care left me extremely unsatisfied. I will not be returning.

I just ordered take out from this Langley location and the customer service from the beginning to end was impressive. I ordered a double order of fried wings and cactus cut nachos and they were perfectly made, along with all the dips they included. The staff here are doing a great job! I'm going back whenever I want some good food, quickly, and with a smile.

Don’t understand why reviews are so low. Almost kept me from going, but so happy I gave them a try. Food is great, service amazing.
The food was poor ..no taste and barely any meat...the fries were dry and the gravy was disgusting....oh the Caesars were good..by by Boston Pizza..$72 worth of garbage....I brought the little bit of meat home for my cats🤣

Everything was great, service was really good, however, I was sad to hear this franchise does not support the children in their own community. They do not accept local coupons from books the school is selling to parents and friends. I think this shows poorly for Boston Pizza in general since there are two other locations (further away) that will honor those coupons. Community Support is really lacking.

My waiter who served me food and drinks his name was Chris . I was at Boston pizza langley to have fun but Chris decided to ruin our night by his arrogant behavior. Forcing us to increase tip. I am disgusted by this guy . Chris you suck at your job

Their Peach Bellini Bowl is so so good would recommend. For food I got the French onion soup which is always a favourite of mine and their nachos are also good. Their pasta was ok.
